Mini 5day break with 3 friends just to chill out , went 15th October, the weather was lovely @ 25d, The hotel was great , very friendly staff and the room was cleaned every day + clean towels . We were all inclusive so unlimited food and drink , had a good choice of food for the time we were there , exceptionally friendly bar staff too. The pool was good size and the pool attendant was on hand to move parasols for us - Entertainment on a night started about 9 with bingo ( we won €125)very entertaining lol and a different act each night , the soul singer - fabulous voice -brilliant as were the Spanish dancers , there are steps down to the beach which we found ok and also a slope for those who couldn’t manage , the small cove was nice - €10 for a sunbed , not very deep so great for kids to enjoy, about 10 min walk away was the outdoor water park and a variety of shops . Yes would definitely go again .

We booked this hotel as a last minute break. Our room was on 3rd floor overlooking the car park, although the rooms are quite basic and a little outdated it was very quiet and we slept very well. I would recommend booking a sea view room as they are bigger and get the sun all day. The food is varied, some days better than others. Loads of choice for breakfast, and snacks available when the restaurant is closed. The evening entertainment was mostly good, with bingo and then a group, singer or a quiz. The hotel is in a great location overlooking the bay, and within walking distance of the town. All in all I would recommend the hotel for a chilled out break.

My husband and I spent ten nights here. We paid for a seaview room on the top floor. Wow, the view was wonderful. We were greeted by Natalie on reception, who was just the loveliest sweet natured lady who went above and beyond for everyone. The room was fine, bathroom basic but I think that they need to be updated to walk in showers. The balcony was a very good size. Cleaners came every day (quite early, so we put a sign out so as not to be disturbed). One lift, which was quite small, it took four people at a push. Very clean and spacious areas everywhere. We laid on the grassed area when we didn’t go down to the cove. You had to be up early for a bed around the pool (yes, the Brits reserved them with towels and went missing for hours). There was a lovely little terrace area at the bar which was like a sun trap. I don’t want to moan about the food (I’m not a fussy eater) there is something for everyone and I enjoyed everything I ate. Lots of fresh salad, pasta, fish, meat, pizza. We ate out every other night because the restaurants in the area are fab. Bingo every night (I won!). Entertainment on most nights or a quiz. We missed the karaoke night on purpose! This is a hotel to go to for mostly relaxation. Not a lot going on for the kids in my opinion. The entertainment staff were great, really friendly without being pushy. The bar staff worked hard and were polite and cheery to everyone even when guests were rude to them. Why can’t people use manners when ordering drinks?! Why do they talk to them like they are servants ?! Every single member of staff in this hotel should be commended and I will return here because of them.

Stayed here September 2024. Lovely hotel, rooms cleaned every day by very hardworking staff. All staff throughout hotel were lovely. It is in a quiet area that would maybe not suit people looking for lively nightlife but was exactly what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. There is a beach which seemed very popular. It is probably about a 15 minute walk to shops and bars, but handy supermarket just across the road. Evening entertainment was fine and well attended. Plenty of sunbeds round pool and on grassy area as well. Food was good with plenty of choices. Drinks menu for all inclusive was good. Room was large with a lovely balcony. Second time at this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Hotel location was brilliant for myself and my son. Really clean. Amazing room. Fabulous view. Air con was fine. Upon arrival we were met by a very friendly and helpful gentleman in Reception who explained everything we needed to know. We were all inclusive. There was a variety of food to choose from, in terms of pasta, meats, fish, chips, salads etc but that doesn't change throughout the week really - although they do have 'specials' in the evening, the Tapas was so good. However, by the end of the week I needed some variety and took us into Ciutadella. There are also many eateries in the local plaza near by. The one thing that was fabulous about the hotel were the other visitors. My son made friends with another boy & I chatted to a variety of guests. There was a nice atmosphere. The entertainment was fun and although no all day kids clubs, there were games they could join, if they wished. The pools were great and having the pitch at the back was great for my son to play footy. The grass area just above the pool also gave shade when needed. I also really loved that there were many single parents with their children. I didn't feel it of place at all.

Visited as a family party of six on a recent Jet2 holiday (which was the most relaxed, hassle-free I've ever experienced). The hotel suited our purposes perfectly. My wife and I were lucky to be upgraded to a family room with a large balcony which made a perfect evening base for everyone. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the (centralised) air-con struggled slightly when humidity was very high on a couple of nights. That said it certainly wouldn't deter us from returning. We went all-inclusive for the first time ever and found that the biggest problem was to avoid over-eating due to the sheer variety available at every meal. Dinner offerings were (with the exception of some staples such as chips, pasta and pizza) constantly changing throughout the week and the drinks on tap were of good quality - the local draft beer was excellent. The hotel's location was stunning; literally right on the beach. A relatively narrow sandy beach (very safe) with rock platforms and the occasional pool-type ladder on each side. Phenomenal for snorkelling (our first time) with a huge variety of fish). Other than a towel it wasn't really necessary to take anything down to the water's edge. You were never more than five minutes from your room, or the pool. The pool itself was a simple rectangle with a small circular one for young kids. Sunbeds on three sides were in demand but there is an adjacent lawn area with a few shady palm trees which has plenty of space for catching the UV. The hotel's greatest assets are undoubtedly the staff. Always friendly and helpful. A special mention has to go to Natalie on reception (apologies if I've misspelled your name). I doubt we have ever met a more genuinely friendly person on any holiday - thank you. All in all we will always look back fondly on this visit and will return, possibly with friends, as soon as we can.
