MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family

We went here 10th June 2024 for 7 nights for our first family holiday - we could not have picked a better place. Clean and spotless hotel with great drinks and LOTS of activities to do for kids and adults all day. Walking distance to the beach, Cala Ferrera ***** and Cala Dor centre. The staff across the hotel are very helpful, from reception to the cleaners and the hardworking and generous bar staff. The stars of the show however are the Sensi Crew. A special mention to Nacho, Armand, Lorena and Paige - Paige especially as she stop my 5 year olds heart! She was very sad to leave her at the end of a week which shows you the time effort they give to the children. They are friendly to kids and adults and work very hard and long hours to keep everyone entertained. I can’t tell you the many times they had us laughing even in passing, cracking jokes. They are also all insanely talented in their own rights - from signing, to dancing, to presenting - they can do it all! We are booking again for next year and my daughter (Amber) is really hoping they are all still on the Sensi Team for Summer 2025 (especially Paige) but I wouldn’t be surprised if they have all moved on to bigger and better things given their talents. They are literal superstars to the children staying in the hotel. If you have family of young children this is the place for you - we are bringing relatives next year

We had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was fabulous and the staff are amaizing. The food is great and plenty of choice. The entertainment is okay.... typical holiday entertainment! But enjoyable none the less. We enjoyed the whole experience so much, that we have booked the same hotel again for 10 nights in June 2024.

We recently stayed at the MarSenses Ferrera Blanca Hotel Family, and what can I say but that it was AMAZING!!! This place is fantastic, honestly I can't put into words how amazing a holiday we have had. Starting from the initial welcome when we arrived all the hotel staff have been superb and incredibly helpful. The rooms are perfect for what you need, especially for us, having two young children 8 & 4. Clean, tidy and modern. Cleaners came in every other day which was perfect and all rooms are conveniently located to all areas of the resort. The restaurants and bars offered so much, the main restaurant, being all inclusive allowed us to try multiple things and this helped the children too, who did try various new things they may not of otherwise, breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always plenty to choose from and the restaurant staff again, were incredible. Friendly and welcoming all the time. It was never stressful, never too busy and the food was always great. You can see them cooking certain things as well which was nice. The two bars, one located next to the main pool, was ideal for the evening with the disco and entertainment, while the bar in SensiLand, again was ideal with food such as chips, pizza, burgers, fresh fruit, salad and more, plus plenty of drinks. Finding a sunbed was tricky until the afternoon when people seemed to move off, most people queued to get in at 10am, but we either sat on the chairs or by the time we came back from the beach there was space. The beach and little town area with shops is nearby, the beach is down some steps, but is stunning, and loads of space, the water is calm and just back from the beach are multiple sunbeds and lockers for only 17euros, which wasn't too bad. The kids managed the climb back up fine as well after a day at the beach. To finish the Sensi Crew (Entertainment Team), are phenomenal. Right from the first day they interacted with us and the children, never pushed us to join in with stuff but when we did they made it so much fun for the kids. What was nice was the Sensi crew, remembered the kids names as well which made the kids feel super special when bumping into them throughout the day. The activities they offer throughout the day vary day by day which is good and if you do well you can win a Sensi Award which is amazing as well for the children, being able to go on stage and meet Sensi just after the mini disco was a lovely touch and the kids you could see loved this. The evening mini discos are fantastic for the children, they all get involved and have the most amazing time and this is thanks to the Sensi Crew, who interact with the children and make it enjoyable for the children and the adults watching. I didn't realise I would much them so much. They start at 8.30pm, and normally there is a show after, again these where all brilliant. (Not sure if this is all the time). All in all we had a truly spectacular time and been really suffering with the holiday blues ever since

Absolutely perfect in every way. From the time we arrived all the staff were exceptionally helpful and polite. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the amenities were just perfect. Food was exceptional and great choices available

We have had an amazing 10 days here. The hotel is clean and well located with lots of shops and restaurants only a short walk away. Upon arrival check in was super easy and a lovely gesture of champagne waiting for us as we have come for our family honeymoon. First day and the entertainment crew made their mark and how fantastic they have made it, my kids have loved all activities and my bigger kid (HUSBAND) has loved the grown up activities too the staff are all amazing but we want to give a special shout out to DIEGO, ARMAND and NACHO these 3 in particular made the clubs and our stay here so much fun. I wanted to give this 4 stars but there were too many minor issues. €3.50 per day for a safe that’s already in the room is not good when you are advertising yourself as a 4 star hotel, this is expected in 2-3 star hotels. I’m not sure whether the air con actually worked or not, it blew out cool air and was just about ok for June temperatures but any hotter and it would not have been adequate. The small bin in the bathroom was not adequate, we had to bag rubbish up ourselves. We were told the room would be cleaned on alternate days, which I don’t have an issue with but when nobody came after 48 hours we had to call reception and even then all we got was fresh towels. The hot water did not work on the first night, this was attended to promptly and fixed in all fairness. The cockrel every morning was slightly annoying but I don’t expect the hotel to do anything about this as that’s just nature and I understand that. There were too many sunbeds around the pool and all crammed in together even though they are not all being used, just stack some of them up and if it gets busy then put the rest of them out, there is a lifeguard who doesn’t do a lot so I’m sure it wouldn’t be a problem. The pool was very cold to the point I just sat on the edge with my feet in to cool down, I think it needs to be heated unless it’s July or August. The room did smell very damp and all our clothes seemed to be damp when putting them on, could do with some proper ventilation. You had to be careful with the shower as it would flood the bathroom as it was the same level as the floor and the screen wasn’t very big. On a positive note, breakfast was good, a nice touch having freshly squeezed orange juice, a rarity these days. Location was good, a nice stroll into the centre and 100m from the beach. Staff were polite. The complex was clean and had a nice new feel everywhere. Rooms were nice other than what’s mentioned above, we only had the egg chairs on our patio but they were very comfy with the soft cushioning. We really enjoyed our stay but you shouldn’t have these issues in a brand new part of the hotel that is advertised as 4 star.

Enjoyed a brilliant week at the hotel. From the moment you arrive you're made to feel welcome, and all of the staff are so attentive, professional and friendly. The reception team go out of their way to help and to resolve any questions or issues quickly, and the entertainment team are just fantastic. The entertainment is at exactly the right level, not intrusive if you don't want to join in but plenty going on for kids and adults alike. And the team have incredible energy! The food was lovely - much better compared to other all inclusive hotels - with a different theme each night. Facilities were great as well, we divided our time between the splash park and the main pool and they felt clean and safe. The hotel was so nice all our plans to go explore the area came to nothing - it was great just to relax by the pool with a cocktail! Would definitely recommend and already looking at dates for next year to come back, thank you so much for a lovely stay and for making our first proper family holiday so special!

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel 14-23rd of June in the adults only complex and absolutely loved it! From start to finish, an amazing experience. All the staff are very pleasant and friendly. Our room was lovely with beautiful views, cleaned every other day and fresh towels always provided. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner. Always a great selection for the evening meal, different choices, not repetitive like some places can be. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was always kept very clean and well looked after. Steps right by the pool that lead down to the beautiful beach Cala Ferrera! And the town is just a short walk away. An overall fantastic time spent here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples! Thankyou Ferrera Blanca hotel, we will be returning!!

Hotel rooms and staff were nice! But I’ve got to give it to the entertainment staff! Couldn’t have made my stay any better than they did! If it wasn’t for them I probably would’ve been slightly bored! The hotel was clean and beautiful but entertainment staff were unbelievably good!
