Wow! We had a fantastic stay here, the service from the staff was exceptional! Many had a smile on their faces and couldn't do enough to help. Bernhard, Enrique, Jose, Cristina to mention a few worked tirelessly. Also its worth noting all the staff behind the scenes constantly cleaning, jet-washing, gardening etc. The food offering is very good, serving an a la cart service for lunch and buffet or a la carte for dinner. The buffet offered a gluten free corner which was welcome. Also the house wine, was very palatable. We ate in the grill twice and i had mussels starter both times, these were the best ive ever tasted, no grit or even gristle. The sauce was tasty (but too salty) I had the mixed grill for main and couldn't finish it (and i eat a lot). Our room was very spacious with walk in shower, balcony and roof terrace with Balinese bed and hot-tub, this gave us lots of space and privacy. Definitely worth upgrading to 'selection club'. Will definitely visit again.

Perfect hotel for a chilled out break. We initially booked half board but upgraded to all inclusive. Fabulous facilities, activities and entertainment. We were delighted with the variety of options - aqua aerobics, well equipped gym, organised walks during the day and excellent evening entertainment. Food options were varied and plentiful however I struggled at times for gluten free options. On occasion the labelling was incorrect as the chef would state a certain dish was gluten feee but the label indicated it did have gluten. I was told other dishes did contain gluten but the label for the dish indicated it was gluten free. Some dishes were cooked on the same hot plate which means cross contamination is almost certain. For example one evening chicken and pork were being cooked together I was advised the chicken was gluten free but the pork wasn’t. The labels had it the other way around but because they were cooked together neither dish was safe for me to eat. This made it almost impossible to be sure what I was eating would be safe. Inconsistent labels and contradictory advice from the chef. I did contact the hotel prior to booking and was reassured I could be catered for. I spoke to catering staff and different chefs and felt I could have been better informed and supported. Aside from this important factor I would definitely return to the hotel. I would just be more directive with my needs and escalate any concerns quickly.

WE went with my wife for our 10 years wedding, the hôtel have a nice location, restaurants are very nice. WE will Côme again ,before 10 years hope
