My 1st visit to this property for a 5 day stay and my 34th trip to Goa. Deeply impressed by the hospitality and care extended by brilliant staff members like Omkar, Benoy & Kamran who will know exactly what you need and super courteous. Great breakfast spread and the chef is personally taking care of any customisation requested by the guests. Rooms much larger than average North Goa resorts.

The check in was a little bit chaotic- but this was mainly down to other customers not respecting others and was being quiet rude and forceful with their de***ds to the staff. However, they were kinda and calm to everyone which was nice. Additionally, the staff in the restaurants were very helpful and friendly and the food was nice. The bedroom is basic but very clean and has everything you need in it.

Классный ресторан внутри, обязательно попробуйте шоколадное брауни, просто супер. Персонал отлично обучен, все чёткие, доброжелательные. Особая благодарность менеджеру отеля miss Toli Nekha, за проявленные чуткость и заботу, за желание сделать твой отдых максимально комфортным. Отель однозначно рекомендую к посещению.

The property is decent. Walking distance from the beach and the way to the beach is beautiful and there is a small kids area outside the resort with swings for the kids. 1. The resort is very crowded and at times there is just no space for anything. 2. If you have a room near the pool then your vacation is ruined. There is so much of noise, cigarette smell etc. there is no fence around the pool so if you have kid you can’t afford to leave them although there is always a guard. 3. The food is ok nothing too good or bad. 4. Be careful of your valuables. It happened with us twice that our rooms lock was open. We had not left anything valuable in the room but still. 5. If you are expecting a very good hospitality then forget it just a few people who actually were warm and welcoming. 6. We tried to change and upgrade our room but the receptionist had NO CLUE if his room would be full or not. 7. Would I want to spend my vacation there again ? No. Would it be recommending it? NO

Мы только что отдохнули в Колангуте, ГОА,замечательном отеле Terra Paraiso Resort. Очень отзывчивый и добродушный персонал, с любой просьбой тут же оказывают содействие.... Везде очень чисто, уборка в номере регулярно и очень хорошо. Территория отеля, бассейн в полном порядке, очень красиво: зелень, цветы. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная, доброжелательная, уважительная.Завтраки вкусные, в основном индийская еда,но можно всегда найти что-то для себя. Голодными никто не останется... Фрукты свежие и разные каждый день, не одно и тоже. Завтраки, в общем ,на высшем уровне! Особенно хочется отметить работу менеджера Габриэля. Он нас встречал, все рассказал по отелю. В дальнейшем оказал сразу же содействие в решении по замене холодильника и чайника. В общем, без лишних вопросов, все очень быстро сделали. И все очень доброжелательно с теплотой в отношении. Прекрасный человек! Очень добрый, внимательный и профессионал в своей работе! Желаю процветания отелю! Так держать и в дальнейшем. Обязательно вернёмся снова и именно в этот отель!
