The front desk staff were very helpful. Comfortable bed, very clean room and bathroom, and an outstanding breakfast. The hotel has a lovely view of the canal from the dining room. Parking is available with access to the hotel, just ask the front desk team how to get there.

Staff very friendly and the hotel provides a very good breakfast to cater for everyone. The rooms are specious, quite basic with a very comfortable bed but do the job. The main criticism is that people coming in at night often speak very loud or are using video calls. The corridors and walls are thin and noise echos. It can be difficult to sleep but once things settle, you sleep well. I think it is a little overpriced for what it is. Other than this, a good place to stay.

Great reception. Opposite the station. Spotless room with a coffe pod machine! Black out curtains, air con etc. I got a great price for my two nights inc breakfast but otherwise I guess €32 would be a bit much for many. Only a short stroll to the old city but many restaurants closer than that. Can’t believe I had to pay so little for this gem.

Very strange room layout, from door to the window is bed, wash area and desk. If the bed and wash area are exchanged their place it would be better. The best things are it’s good location, very close to Maastricht Station by 3 minutes walk away, and the good service from staff at reception, in particular Andre’ ( if I remember correctly the young man with golden curly hair). No slippers, but can borrow adapters and 2 bottles of water are provided in room.

Easy hotel is what it claims to be. Functional and cheap. Some reviewers comment on the small rooms, but that's clear on the website of the hotel. The reception is manned 24/7. There is a vending machine and coffee station at the reception. After check out one can use the large lockers for €3 to store any bags. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The rooms have nice showers and the temperature can be regulated too. For the price, the hotel is a good deal. Many rooms have wonderful views of the waterfront. An ideal base for a short trip to the city. Perfect for a single person or 2 people sharing the room.

Ik was een aantal dagen met mijn dochter in Maastricht . Ik had een kamer met 2 aparte bedden gereserveerd. Op de kamer bleek er een 2-persoonsbed te staan. Na navraag bij de receptie kregen we alsnog een andere kamer. Het zou fijn zijn als er op een 2-persoons kamer 2 stoelen zouden staan ipv 1. Bovendien misten we kastruimte voor onze kleding en een kastje of plankje in de badkamer voor onze toilettassen. Die hebben we op de grond gezet. Toen we na een dag lopen in de stad om een uur of vijf terug kwamen op de kamer om even rustig te zitten een een kopje koffie te drinken bleek de kamer nog niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Na melding bij de receptie kregen we een voucher voor een consumptie in de hotelbar. Netjes opgelost. De ligging van het hotel was prima, het was er rustig. Personeel bij de receptie en bediening in de bar was aardig.

Was in the area for a wedding, and the hotel we originally booked closed down, so we last min had to change to this hotel. They accommodated us perfectly. our room had a great view. The shower and toilet were set up like locker room stalls which i guess is the purpose of this hotel, and not for wedding type guests. The service at the restaurant and bar were amazing! very friendly and helpful.

Ik heb er een prima week gezeten. Rustig en geconcentreerd. En natuurlijk met bewondering voor het personeel dat in deze vreemde tijden van confinement toch aan het werk was. Hopelijk mogen de gasten straks gewoon ontbijten en dineren.

We booked the grand room as advertised on ********** which was the largest room, with a city view and a large bath. We had been riding in torrential rain for hours and decided to treat ourselves. We were allocated one of the XL rooms, as soon as we walked it it was clear it was nothing like the photos and didn't even have a bath. Went down to question this with the staff. We we allocated a room with a bath. However this room was smaller than the first and had view of nothing really. Again I went to reception and asked why we weren't given the grand room we had booked. The man on reception said there was an error on the site, he said no XL rooms have a bath. I brought up the photo of the room we thought we had booked and asked where it is in the hotel and was told it isn't in the hotel. So save your money and don't bother trying to book the grand room, it doesn't exist. On going to bed we noticed the sheet on the bed has a hole in it. We have been offered complimentary breakfast and a partial refund to be confirmed in the morning. Oh and there's no washer & dryer to use, that was also advertised. We explained that we had booked this hotel for the specifics detailed on ********* if we had known it was false advertising we'd have booked elsewhere.

Zeer gastvrij ontvangst in een sfeervolle ambiance. Genoten van mooie wijnen, heerlijke borrelplanken alvorens met een bus naar Maastricht te gaan voor Andre Rieu. Bij terugkomst waren we met z'n viertienen nog welkom voor een afzakkertje in de bar. Ook het ontbijt was zeer goed en wederom een zeer vriendelijke medewerker. Tilo, Joost en Team, bedankt! Het was een feestje om bij jullie te gast te zijn! Groetjes Ton en Marja
