I have lot to share.... Guys, please read the complete review before booking this hotel. I am investing so much of time writing this review, it means somewhere I have suffered a lot and I dot wan't this to happen with someone else. Owner : Some lady is an owner. Very rude, ill-mannered, arrogant. She takes 100% payment at the time of booking (may be she know it very well that any guest who will stay will leave it in one day). Please do not make full payment(you will not get refund). Pay for one day, and if you like (which I am sure, you will not) then extend the stay. I booked for 4 days and all my money was wasted. Staff : Dumb staff. One step ahead of owner in case of arrogance. 'Hospitality' must be an imaginary words for the staff. Parking : No parking available of their own. You will have to park the 4 wheeler around 400-500m away from the hotel and that too in somebody eles's parking. Done expect any staff to help you load and unload the luggage. If the luggage is less its managable but if luggage is more you will have to struggle. Rooms : Don't go by the pics you see online. Rooms are very small. We were welcomed by 3-4 lizards roaming around on the walls of the room. If you complaint about it, owner will act naive by saying 'I never got such complaint before, I will ask my staff to check'. Staff will then come with Hit spray in one hand and broom in the other. If you like the company of lizards, stop them from killing those lizards. Wardrobes in the rooms are very aged. Owner must have bought them some where from the scrap in the dirt cheap rates. Air Conditioner in the room has no different story, remote of which has labels in chinese. Facilities : Owner did't hid the fact that they have solar water heater and not the geyser, but she hid the fact that you should be the lucky one to get hot waters on a cold day. They provide you the towels, which can only be used to wipe the wet floors or you can use them as door mat, but not for drying yourself. They have buckets, but i was unlucky to get the broken one. They have wi-fi network which I didn't used. Food : They have option for complimentary breakfast, but please don't go for it. I have seen the kitchen of the hotel, and beileve me you will not even order a cup of tea from that kitchen. Unfortunately, before seeing the kithcen we have ordered the tea(we regretted soon), which took almost half an hour to get the order. I did't get why they took so much time to make such a tasteless, horrible tea. We didn't dared to order a food. FINALLY, I REALIZED THAT I HAD MADE A MISTAKE AND THERE WAS NO POINT IN ARGUING WITH OWNER IF I HAVE TO ENJOY MY VACATION. I BOOKED ANOTHER HOTEL AND ENJOYED A LOT. IF YOU GUYS WANT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL EVEN AFTER READING THIS REVIEW I WILL SUGGEST DO NOT PAY MORE THAN RS 500 PER NIGHT.
