The room and hallways were outdated and retro but still clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had a bizarre issue with the check-in where the front desk tried to tell us our reservation had been cancelled months prior, which was not true. We didn't cancel our reservation, and if they did on their end they never notified us of it. In fact, I was still receiving emails about checking in for my reservation the day before we arrived, so it was very stressful and confusing to get there and be told our reservation was cancelled months ago. Luckily they still had rooms for us, but still. Get your reservation and notification system sorted out.

Modern well designed hotel in downtown Calgary. Included breakfast was excellent with good variety though hot food items were not hot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy access to public transit and underground parking is secure and convenient.

房間大小適中，床睡覺很舒服，離卡爾加裏領事館簽證申請中心和雅思考點不遠，附近有韓國餐館，酒店有停車場提供免費美式早餐，交通便利附近有輕軌。來的這天-34，屋裡有暖風。酒店很安靜，不過夜晚也偶爾能聽到馬路上的噪音。推薦，下次會再來。

Good downtown location, nice room- clean and updated. Breakfast was included. Was disappointed with the so called Valet Parking.....when I drove into the tiny parking lot- I was asked to park my own truck in the narrowest of spaces!! No-one offered to park my vehicle for me even though I was charged for Valet parking and my key was taken by reception!!! I was then informed to phone up at-least 20 min in advance for my vehicle in the morning....and then handed over the key and informed that I can pick it from where I parked it last night- And I was charged Valet parking rate of $30 + taxes.....and we have a little baby!! not what I expect for valet parking!! I informed the hotel only to be sent a 'standard' email - that they will look into it and make necessary changes- in other words..... we don't care!

The outside of the hotel doesn’t prepare you for the stylish interiors, the reception is not only modern but very welcoming, the front of house staff were lovely. We booked the Mingle / Double Queen Room and the room was lovely, very clean and very hip, the bathroom was generous and again stylish with a normal sized hairdryer, complimentary shampoo & body wash, we could park on the property and the staff were helpful and very welcoming. Would certainly stay again.

立地が良く、徒歩圏内に何でもあります。少し頑張って歩いてスーパーマーケットまで行ってもカルガリータワー目指せば帰れます。強いて言えば、朝食はホテルより外食がオススメです。 部屋に飲料用の水道もあり便利でした。最高でした！！

The hostel is a good base for exploring the local area is right next to a large grocery store, train station and only 10 minutes walk to the saddle dome. We especially loved the little library area upstairs - it was great to have somewhere quiet to chill in the evenings. The free breakfast is great also we really appreciated the tea, coffee, oil & seasonings provided by the hostel. In the rooms there was limited plug sockets meaning that some people had to leave their phones the opposite the room which isn't great for those setting early morning alarms etc. Also in the women showers there was no doors/locks only shower curtains which didn't feel the most secure for privacy.

The pool at Hotel Arts was lovely—we were on a staycation, and the pool really made us feel like we were on a tropical holiday. The rooms and the service were also everything you would want out of a hotel, with a location to boot. Great experience all around.
