The facilities are a bit old. They offer free water, but the front desk phone is always unreachable. The location offers a view of Chinatown, which is nice. The worst part was the mysterious stains on the bedsheets. The view in general was just okay.

The room having a sofa and a sink was very convenient, and it would have been perfect if it wasn't a bit chilly. The jacuzzi in the pool area is a great photo spot. Valet parking is available, and there's also a parking lot. The staff are friendly. Instead of the breakfast buffet, I opted for a morning sandwich at a nearby Starbucks. It was nice that I could walk to Calgary Tower while enjoying the shopping street along the way.

Although the room isn't huge, it's very well laid out. It has a small living area, a coffee bar, and separate windows in both the bedroom and living room, offering street views.

Good size room and great location with lots of restaurants near by. Only complaint is the parking at the front is a bit congested when trying to check in. I waited 25 minutes.

Overall the hotel is quite good, but just a bit old and dated. The beds were comfortable, shower lacked water pressure.

The hotel is very luxurious with excellent facilities, almost like a 5-star hotel. The location in the city center is also very convenient, and the staff are friendly.

Overpriced weekend All you can Eat at $44/person. Tavern Burger also had such a thin single patty, it was all bun and no beef. Sheraton Eau Claire should also consider adding a store to their lobby for last minute essentials. Lastly, at $51.45 per DAY for forced Valet parking, Sheraton is doing everything they can to bleed you of every last dime.

The room was definitely not clean when I got in with pillows that had what looks like spots of blood. When talking to the front desk, they offered breakfast. I was in a rush to get to a meeting so actually just left it all together.
