The stay was wonderful and the room very clean, big, fansy. The food was very very good with several options and the drinks too. The people very friendly. We was very happy in the hotel. The hotel was very quiet with no noice outside.

They won’t put much attention about property conditions inside to the rooms. The good thing about the rooms have a lot space.

Property is really nice and modern . Great city views from 12 floor nice big windows and balcony. Really nice hotel . However the staff could use some customer service training specifically in the breakfast area, did not feel welcome, and the service by staff was poor. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there and was ignored multiple times by waiters. Having paid extra for the breakfast included and being charged more if you want a simple omelette seems excessive. Other than that the property is beautiful,staff could definitely use some training

The facilities are very good, clean, in a good location, the attention when we arrived to check in was excellent from Juan and Manuel, two very cooperative people, the treatment of the ladies who clean the rooms was very attentive and cooperative, The breakfast was good but what I didn't like was that I paid for breakfast included and that they wanted to charge me for an egg to my taste which should also be included in the breakfast as is, the attention of the breakfast staff was not at all attentive or helpful, The treatment of some people at the hotel towards me as a Colombian was very different from the treatment towards non-Colombian foreigners, I thought I would get a good opinion from the hotel staff but unfortunately that was not the case.

This is the second time I stayed there and will do it again. Front desk staff is great.

The keys didn't work they had to get a repairman to get me in the room. The internet didn't work the entire stay. The staff apologized but this shouldn't happen. The worst part was the room smelled like diesel Smoke exhaust. I woke up with a terrible headache.

this is a great hotel, great room, lovely location, I will stay there again
