"This hotel is very pleasantly surprised. The exterior looks like a small castle. The interior is retro and elegant, with winding paths leading to secluded places. There are security guards at the door to help you take your luggage to the room. The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. It's a pity that the time I stayed was too short. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance."

"This hotel is very clean and nicely designed, feeling more like a studio apartment than a typical hotel room. It has a well-equipped kitchen, making it great for longer stays. The TV is positioned in a way that allows you to watch comfortably from the bed or couch. Breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff speak English and are very helpful, always ready to assist with anything you need. The only downside is that the bathroom doesn’t have a full door—just a half-glass partition—so water can easily get outside. However, the hotel is in a safe area in Cali, and for the price, it’s an amazing place to stay. Highly recommended!"

"Best breakfast I've had in a long time. The room was very spacious and with an amazing view. They struggle to keep the room dark due to the large windows. But this is a common problem in hotels of Colombia. It is a great location for people looking for a Cali stop between El Redil and other locations on the Route to the Sea, and the Airport. you can literally cross the street to walk into Chipichape mall to find a vast amount of good and well-priced food, coffee shops, and stores. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is very well located and safe. The hotel was very noisy, not isolated from the street. Old bathroom with bathroom. There was no bathroom amenities. And a big problem: there was no intact in all the hotel a swab for European models. And they don't warn it at check in. Then you arrive at night and you can't load your phone. Lucky to have Alexandro who borrowed me his own. The breakfast is very small and always the same. The bar closes soon"

"Terrible service. The hotel is noisy. They had a party until 1 a.m. on Thursday, and you could hear everything up to the second floor. On other days, they let other guests have noisy gatherings in their rooms and do nothing to control the noise. I asked several times during my stay to be moved to a quieter room, and they simply ignored me. There was a complete lack of interest and authority from the staff and management to maintain a respectful environment regarding noise levels. My room had a window facing the hallway, and the curtains weren't even there. The worst hotel experience I've ever had."
