"The building is very beautiful and also the lofts a super roomy with great views. the down fall is the location. I was expecting a really quite time. instead you have the loft backing up to main roads. lots of noise specially from fast motorcycles. the pictures show you as potentially being embedded in nature, there no such a thing. if that property would be build far from the roads, absolutely but its not. I paid the same as paid for an Airbnb in Barcelona in 2023, and given the lack of hospitality from the entire staff but Alejandra(she was great) I'll never recommend this place as a hotel. it has the feeling of a rental building where the reception feels obligated but not happy that you are there (the way it supposed to be. Again, great building, clean, beautiful landscape but is super noisy due to the roads and the entire staff need to go to Hospitality College, that is by the way mandatory in Mexico and in Dominican, and you honestly feel the difference."

"First and foremost the location of the hotel is at the epicenter of cali, you are in the center of the city and close to all the major tourist attractions. The rooms are comfy, thank goodness for Ac because it gets hot here. The rooms themselves are nice, bedding is clean and neat, and the staff will clean the room twice a week. Oh and I highly recommend acquiring a room with a balcony, you will not be disappointed, for a view of the plazoleta is spectacular at night and during festival hours its truly a sight. 1 con of the room is the size of the bathroom, didn’t bother my experience too much, but if you’re used to a restroom plus size, it might seem small. The staff: the owners are very kind, you’ll meet them many times during your stay, as they are actively engaged in the best experience for clients. You’ll find an assortment of hard working people in the kitchen making staples of the country, (for a solid price) maintenance workers here and there, a welcoming reception desk with information about the city and equipped to handle your business needs should a issue arise. NEWS FOR TOURISTS some of the staff know English so don’t worry if your spanish is not up to par, (i was worried) but i highly recommend checking out this hotel, i definitely will have to come back to see more of cali and this is the first stop on the journey."

"And let's start with the fact that I was staying at the hotel in the evening, there was no one, there were no lines, but I was forced to open two suitcases to find my passport. I did this for a very long time, to close the suitcases, I waited for a very long time for someone to lift my suitcases. Up. I booked a Junior Suite room. And it was terrible, a very dirty jacuzzi. If you want to invite someone to visit, then each guest is charged 75. This is about 20-something dollars. Just for a person to come to visit you is outrageous. I have no words for how outrageous this is.I had a US ID in my purse and could easily show it later. When I was settled in the room, I could show my passport, but they refused to accept the previously agreed amount in dollars.Although we agreed on such payment terms via WhatsApp, I didn't have time to change dollars into pesos and I didn't have a credit card with me.This is the first hotel in Colombia that is so terrible in its attitude towards guests that I am changing the hotel urgently and to another one."

"Best breakfast I've had in a long time. The room was very spacious and with an amazing view. They struggle to keep the room dark due to the large windows. But this is a common problem in hotels of Colombia. It is a great location for people looking for a Cali stop between El Redil and other locations on the Route to the Sea, and the Airport. you can literally cross the street to walk into Chipichape mall to find a vast amount of good and well-priced food, coffee shops, and stores. I would stay here again."
