Hotel berhampiran Grace and Truth Community Church, Bandar Caloocan

We stayed during 10 day quarantine: Pros: friendly staff. They serve good food. Cons: The hotel is ran down bad, dirty floors and bathroom. The window that leads to the vents have dirty sanitary napkin. Missing light bulbs. Stain walls. The window cover was falling apart from rust. The AC literally have ice so it stopped working and hard to be turn off. Mosquitoes in the room. The hallway smells cigarette smokes. There’s no AC in the hallway. The fake grass in the hotel entry/driveway is dirty The toilet dont flush that good. We had to call the maintenance for assistance. The hotel walls are dingy. No elevator. No windows in our room (3rd floor) which is depressing knowing you are quarantined for 10 days without seeing the outside. They dont maintain the rooms clean and very outdated which is very disappointing. Stay elsewhere!

We arrived a little earlier than the booking time for us to have time for parking and we were able to check in early. The staff was accommodating but not so much, maybe I was expecting a warmer welcome since the hotel is considered a 5 star. It would be better if they had more staff to assist guests as they came through the door. As for our whole stay, everything was good. We were able to enjoy the spacious room and the nice bed, the swimming pool, and the playground. The breakfast buffet also had plenty of choices but the flavor of some of the food could be improved. We look forward to staying here again.

Hotel ini mempunyai semuanya! Dari saat kami masuk, kami disambut dengan sambutan hangat daripada kakitangan. Mereka sangat peramah dan membantu sehingga kami berasa seperti berada di rumah. Lokasinya sempurna, berhampiran dengan semua yang kami perlukan - membeli-belah, pengangkutan, dan semua tempat pelancongan yang menarik! Kami tidak perlu risau tentang sesuatu perkara kerana kakitangan sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu dengan senyuman. Kami sangat kagum dengan penginapan kami yang kami sudah merancang lawatan seterusnya. Hotel ini pastinya mesti dikunjungi bagi sesiapa yang mencari pengalaman yang menarik dan tidak dapat dilupakan!

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff are nice and helpful. The room is really bad. The window in my room doesn't have access to sunlight, outside the window is a closed space where you can't see anything. Making the room dark and feels like you are inside a dungeon. Who builds rooms without windows that have access to sunlight?? The bedsheets are thin and doesn't look clean. I have found several small cockroaches in my room.

Terletak di Chinatown. Kawasan yang sangat sibuk, banyak kedai dan restoran. 30 minit berjalan kaki dari Intramuros: Katedral Manila, Fort Santiago, tapak UNESCO Gereja San Agustin dll. Deposit 2000PHP diperlukan semasa daftar masuk dan dikembalikan semasa daftar keluar. Uncang teh dan kopi tidak disediakan di dalam bilik. Cawan, cerek, peti sejuk, kit pergigian, sabun, pengering rambut, syampu dan gel mandian serta tuala disediakan. WiFi percuma. Simpanan bagasi disediakan. Lobi yang sangat bagus dan luas. Terdapat sebuah restoran di seberang lobi. Kakitangan yang sangat mesra dan membantu.

I stayed at Ibis Styles Araneta so I can get peace and quiet while I finished my book and that was what I got. Although not the typical desk and chair set-up, it really worked for the work I needed to do. The rooms may be on the small size but there was enough natural light that flooded the room and kept me energized during my entire stay. I had a really great time from start to finish. Once I arrived at the driveway, I was already assisted by their staff. Check-in was fast and the front desk staff (Sam) even helped me get my luggage to my room. The room was very cozy, clean, and chill. One of the downsides would have to be the closet since it was just a rod on top of the coffee station and the clothes drop down on the coffee cups. Another downside are the roll-down blinds. If you don't want to be seen outside, you'd have to roll down all the blinds and prevent any sunlight flooding the room. Not a big problem though. Really enjoyed Le Bistro and the Edge Skyview Bar. Very cozy places to just relax. I also love the panoramic views by the rooftop bar. I would really have appreciated it if the buffet and Le Bistro had several vegan food choices. It's a good thing Gateway Mall is right beside the hotel so I was able to eat my meals. I love that they have a water dispenser and provided a water pitcher in the room to make it easier for water refill. The lobby is also a great place to hangout and work in at times. Over all, I'd stay here again.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good! Couple of areas for improvement: - the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours - our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet - there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

All i can say that the over all experience was good , the place was quite , clean and also everything you need was in the area already ,, if your looking for food breakfast , lunch dinner everything was in the area very accessible also help us a lot was the 7/11 ,, cafe , mall , street food also easy to access on the area ,, for concert goers like us too it was so nice that you only ride 1 jeep to puregold bucaue ,, and book Angkas or joyride much cheaper going to arena . We booked a one-bedroom unit, but unfortunately, it was the size of their studio deluxe room with a partition added to create the bedroom. The air conditioning was outdated and inadequate, as it struggled to cool the living room despite assurances otherwise. However, since we stayed during the weekdays, the support was very responsive. Despite the heat, we still enjoyed our stay.

Moreover, the staff at the pool area reflected the same level of commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. They were always available to assist with our needs and consistently made us feel comfortable. Whether it was providing extra towels, adjusting the poolside umbrellas, or delivering refreshing beverages, they attended to every request promptly and with a genuine smile.
