Bien situado,personal atento y amable,cena mejorable , desayuno completo,instalaciones limpias habitación un poco antigua y sin vistas, éramos una pareja y nos dieron habitación con dos camas,para una noche estuvo bien

Me asignaron una habitación doble con sala de estar, estuve cómoda y a mis anchas.
Sobre la estancia del buffet tal vez ya le hace falta una renovación. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

Estuvimos el fin de semana, genial la ubicación y la limpieza del hotel, estupendo en la piscina, y en primera línea, estuvimos tan agusto que suple el que el mobiliario fuera algo viejecito.
Volveremos.

We enjoyed this solid 3 star hotel. Nice room. maybe a little tired but spotlesd,and huge, with tiled ensuite, full sized fridge, comfy bed and massive balcony with lovely view. We found the food to be very good with plenty of choice, the soups especially were delicious. The best part of this hotel was the staff, especially the lovely smiley Uliana in the restaurant and the very helpful Emamuel in the bar. The only hematite is non All inclusive get table service in the bar AI have to stand and queue. That aside I am happy to recommend this hotel. We enjoyed staying here.

Really enjoyed our stay, Christmas and New Year. We were on All Inclusive, room on 1st floor, massive balcony which would be excellent in the summer but only got the sun for an hour or so in December. Room was great, cleaned every day ( including Christmas day) we had to say no to the cleaner on New Year's day (a late one). Food was varied but always something we liked and plenty of it. Invited to Gala night on New Year's eve which was a set meal and some people didn't like some courses but we found fantastic. All the staff, restaurant, bar, reception and cleaners very polite and helpful. I struggle to find anything to complain about unlike some reviewers. Will definitely be going back this year. Thankyou all concerned.

Fabulous hotel in great location. At first glance looks a little dated but once inside wow! All modern technology, best lifts I’ve ever been in in a Spanish hotel. Very safe secure parking. Food very nice but does err on the Spanish side rather than English. Lovely clean pool with loads of sunbeds. All staff very friendly and helpful. Great friendly little bar for a nightcap

Just returned from a lovely 7 day holiday at the AR Roco Esmeralda Hotel Calpe. Staff were very kind and helpful, Food was mainly Spanish and very tasty. Lift service was first class and very modern. Ròoms a wee bit dated but spotless 10/10 to housekeeping. Hope to return soon as I am learning the Spanish lingo. Adios for now.

The decor hasn’t been improved possibly for decades. Some of the staff at breakfast and lunch were just rude telling customers off for sitting at wrong table. Pool not heated. Food bland.
