Look no further, this is the most delightful Vietnamese beach resort. The resort was nearly at capacity, we were told, yet it felt so secluded! The design is beyond compare, every detail is just perfect. All the staff was just so warm and welcoming: special thanks to Joe and Ny for making our special birthday getaway so memorable. I'm a spa snob and I thought with daily spa treatments included in your spa, they would be perfunctory, but I was wrong. The service and relaxation in the spa was divine, and the choices of services was a great variety. Don't miss the warm bamboo massage! I would recommend this resort to anyone, but especially those looking for a relaxing, quiet spa-focused holiday. Perfect for honeymooners or a girl's trip

On the second day of the trip, my body was tired during my second pregnancy, and my husband lost his cell phone due to pickpocket, so Nha Trang's family's first trip almost became the worst memory, but when I arrived at the Fusion Resort late at 8 p.m., my family was very moved by the upgrade of the room by the supervisor of Ngoc Although the memories of the trip are the worst, I think they will be a great memory and thank you to the Ngoc supervisor for giving us this gift. The funniest thing is the service at their hotel. Their manager Joe was originally scheduled to come over and apologize to us when we checked out at 12 o'clock, but we waited for him at the front desk for 20 minutes. When I asked him how to handle this matter, his attitude was also not good, and he could only apologize. So, I want to ask if there is no compensation for us not resting well all night and the damaged itinerary the next day, which makes the residents feel comforted, He replied that he could only say sorry. I think the hotel was very negligent, and he was still saying: Although I don't know if your room made noise that night, I apologize for the phone call. I angrily told him that I had told him many times that I went to bed at 11 o'clock, and that there were complaints from other rooms. You should send someone over to figure out which one it is, instead of calling the guests casually in the middle of the night, especially since they are still pregnant. So I really feel very angry and terrible, I want to complain to this manager Joe, he is not capable of handling the customer's problem well.

Very stunning hotel, I stayed for 2 nights, staff are very attentive, good quality is good, room is spacious. Especially say thanks to Joe from reception, very cheerful and attentive during the trip. Good for restaurant to provide tap water if we just order food during the BBQ night on Sat, it costs Zero and just be generous on this part. Hotel can also provide two set of prices if clients don’t drink alcohol.

I made two separate bookings and will be staying at Fusion for a total of 5 nights, which covers all of my time in Nha Trang. The resort is expansive and boasts a beautiful private beach. One of the resort reception staff members, Thay, is exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The resort's breakfast buffet offers an abundance of fruits, may source from their own farm. We spotted peacocks and goats wandering along the paths, which was quite charming. The best aspect of Fusion, in my opinion, is the all-inclusive spa. We are able to choose one spa treatment per day. There are two main areas for improvement: Firstly, the resort is quite far from the town, and the shuttle bus service only runs one service to the city and two back to the hotel a day. If you opt for a taxi, it takes approximately 45 minutes to reach the town. Secondly, dining options are limited, with only two on-site eateries and no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.

I had a treat vacation here! But it is a very popular resort, so if you want privacy, I recommend you get the room with a private pool. They only gave us 30 min complementary massage as well :(

The hotel's infrastructures are excellent, the beach is wonderful. Unfortunately during our stays, we got some issues with the services, I guess that due to the COVID pandemic, the management has to retrain the staff to maintain a high standard services.

최고의 숙소였습니다. 마사지 무료로 제공되는데 제대로 대접 받는 기분이 들어서 너무 좋았습니다. 남편이랑 둘이서만 프라이빗하게 받을 수 있어서 더 좋았습니다. 풀빌라를 원했지만 날씨가 좋지 않아 수영하기 힘들 것 같아 그냥 스위트룸으로 했는데 충분했습니다. 해먹스타일의 욕조로 한껏 신혼여행 기분 냈습니다. 농장, 탁구실, 헬스장 등에서 충분히 즐겼고 수영장도 추웠지만 안 들어가기엔 너무 예뻐서 잠시 몸을 담그고 사진도 엄청 찍었습니다. 아! 아침에 요가 클래스를 신청해 참여했는데 자연을 제대로 듣고 느끼며 완전히 몰입할 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 너무 친절해서 좋았습니다. 메인풀장에 쉬고 있는데 음료와 과일도 서비스로 가져다주시고 마주칠 때 마다 다들 기분 좋게 인사해주시고 특히 sunny라는 직원은 이름처럼 밝게 웃어주시며 구체적으로 말하지 않아도 상황에 맞게 잘 대처해주시며 저희를 도와주셨습니다. 공항 샌딩을 쉽게 해주신 점 진짜 감사합니다 sunny! 날씨가 좋은 날에 다시 한 번 꼭 와서 이 꿈같았던 하루하루를 더 갖고 싶네요~~~

本來他家的亮點對我而言是：spa和懸浮浴缸；但是兩個都要避雷 ，在越南呆了五天最後悔就是定了這家酒店兩晚，首先spa由於時間不靈活為此兩天都不敢出遠門 嚴重影響出遊體驗，而且花了兩千住這個酒店真的沒亮點 以為可以spa全包！後來感覺很不值當，首先spa時間能做的時間不靈活 衹能在白天做 而且要提前預約 否則當天的spa機會就當沒了～按得也不舒服時間也衹有30分鐘或者50分鐘，真的2000為了這個包spa不如自己花錢在外面做！而且酒店離市區很遠，酒店裡頭遊玩的設施又很少，也沒活動挺無聊的； 還有那個懸浮浴缸本來以為是亮點，結果是開開心心以為泡澡結果酒店晚上沒熱水 熱水量不足、根本放不滿一個正常人泡澡的水量就會沒熱水了！ 最後再説一下服務：我定了兩晚酒店，但中途並沒有人來打掃過衞生，後來喊酒店來清潔卻回覆入住多少天都好都好衹打掃一次衞生， 衞生條件做的也不好，在房間裏走一圈腳底都是黑的； 最後一項是我本人這次的體驗：在他們家餐廳就餐後晚上****，去醫院急診了，酒店整個過程都比較冷漠、不主動承認負責任，凌晨把我送去醫院之後也沒人管我，並且説衹把我送去醫院 回來讓我自己出錢打車～ 出院後跟酒店交涉要求他們承認責任、酒店不願意承認不就算了，我回國後委託攜程繼續溝通，結果酒店和代理商捏造了600萬盾不存在的收費項目出來説當作我的醫療補償，真的感覺到詐騙似的！在他們的收費裏，連送我去醫院和熱水都成了他們的計算標準，反正就給編了個和我看急診差不多的金額出來 然後就説不承擔責任了！真的絕了！！而且酒店裡麪很多人 早餐也不好吃，我離開的當天喝了一口他們家的咖啡後，難喝到～ 咖啡愛好者的我目前回國三天了 一想到咖啡還想吐

Our security records show that you ordered seafood from an outside vendor on the same evening that you got sick and went to the hospital. We paid for the taxi to the hospital. We are very sorry, but we cannot take responsibility when guests order seafood from an outside vendor. I am incredibly sorry that you think our coffee is not good, please be aware that we serve traditions Vietnamese coffee at our breakfast, and we have Nespresso machines in all our rooms.Thank you again for the feedback and we hope that you will come and see us again in the near future. ✨酒店亮點： 🌈 自帶小農場 小朋友超喜歡 🎨 全天各時段都有親子活動 🦀 海灘超多小螃蟹 可以帶玻璃瓶去抓着玩 🏊♂️ 兩個泳池 裏面的泳圈都還蠻漂亮的 ins風 🎾 網球場絕美 隨手一拍都是大片 （最好提前預約日落時間段 中午完全打不了 太曬） 💆♀️ 每天每房免費雙人SPA 種類還比較多（要記得提前預約熱門時間段比較搶手） 🍽️ 餐廳出品超讚 還有寶寶菜單 6歲以下每天免費選兩個 12以下半價好像是 整體體驗感不錯 很適合親子旅行 🫶🏿

깜란 공항에서 15분 거리에 있어서 접근성이 좋았어요. 나트랑 시내까지 택시로 45분 정도 소요돼요. 바다뷰와 코코넛 나무가 이국적인 분위기를 자아내요. 직원들은 무척 친절했고 시설은 최고였어요. 다음에도 방문하고 싶은 곳이에요.
