早餐一般，屬於正常水準，沒什麼特別。房間太小，以這個價位住這麼小的房間，實屬罕見。房間裏衹有一張椅子，找服務員要才給多一張椅子。從貼在門上的圖片看，我們住的是整個酒店最小的一間房。真的很不開心。

I can’t speak highly enough about this hotel! I was there for a charity run I was completed and out of all 9 locations I went to this was by far the best purely due to the staff and owner! Pino(the owner) couldn’t do enough to help us. He lent us his bike, did our washing, provided us with breakfast and really looked after us. The double room was so spacious and immaculate. They have a restaurant attached and offer the best pizzas. Pino really restored my faith in humanity and for that- I will 100% be going back. Thank you Sorrento x

This is a modern and clean hostel ,the staff are friendly ,kind and considerate, and listened patiently to my several and widely varied questions . I found out more from the reception here than the tourist information in Cambridge town centre (which is absolutely useless).The rooms are clean as are the showers and toilets .The food is good but a full breakfast is £9.95 and often you are only permitted 1 slice of bacon ,1 hash brown and 1 sausage which is financially poor value . Wetherspoons in Cambridge has a large breakfast for £7.95 but is a bit of a walk from the hostel. The location is good about 10-15 minutes from the railway station where there are other eating outlets . the self catering kitchen is good and there are kettles there to make your own hot drinks or bring takeaway food in if you wash and clean up afterwards .There is a lounge with books and board games and a tv with all the normal terrestrial channels. Parking in Cambridge is very controlled ,limited and expensive .I parked at the park and ride on Madingley road day return tickets are £3.50 and single tickets are £2.00. The park and ride bus service P+R 1 will only take you to st Andrews street (outside John Lewis) and there you must get another bus or face a 20/25 minute walk. The charge to park is about £10 per 24 hours booked over the phone. Parking near the hostel is on the road and is limited (Devonshire road) it is paid hourly by machine max 2 Hours or free after 5.00pm until 9.00am and free all day Sundays . Devonshire road is accessed by using the ring road and going down mill road (beware of the one way system.)

Delightful and historical. The gardens are gorgeous and warm staff so friendly. Dining hall is awesome and the waiters in black and white uniform. So unique. Free parking and the place is wonderfully peaceful and quiet and beautiful. Don't expect incredible rooms! It's like student accommodation with luxury handwash/shower gel/shampoo etc. Bit old furniture (70s like) and well worn. But that's ok. It's worth it for the fab surroundings and quirky building! Resident spiders in bathrooms. Mine was called The Duke. We kept out eachother's way. First bedroom had dodgy plumbing and rubbish shower and quite grubby. Huge bathroom spider. But offered an alternative which was clean and better bathroom. But The Duke was already resident and became my roommate 😁

服務：接待人員（應該是老闆）非常熱情，態度超級好，然後一個勁的問你有什麼不滿意的地方沒，可以和他聊天 設施：房間應該是一個居民房改建而成，衹有幾間客房，停車位在房門口衹能停兩輛車，似乎有一個停車場（借用的別家）；房間設施還OK，英國家庭風格 衛生：衛生還行，沒看到什麼不好的 環境：離市區有點遠 總之性價比一般，想要體驗下當地人熱情可以住，停車也方便

I was one of the users in early July, and I was really upset about the hotel. It was a terrible experience. It was not expected that we were not allowed to use the washing machine, kitchen and the toiletries, which was not stated in the reminders. The smoke alarm was extremely sensitive that when we were cooking, it literally rang twice. And we were accused that we made a fire while we were making a steak, which is absolutely ridiculous. We were told that we were not allowed to use toiletries after our stay by the landlord. Also, we used the kitchen on the first day, the landlord said it was too dirty. Excuse me, why would you even complain when we only started to stay here! The most horrible thing is, there’s staff coming in without any permission of ours every single morning. The landlord already stated that she will not come in again on the second day, but she still appeared on the last day of our stay. Not only the landlord, the landlords daughter was in our room, scrolling social media, while the landlord was cleaning the kitchen and sweeping the floor, which we did not ask them to do. It is definitely illegal going in private areas without permission when we were staying there as guests. And to threaten us and to pay them money, she locked one of our rooms when we were out, and when we require the landlord to open the room, she literally asked for £50 to unlock the room. As it was late at night, the key was token by another member which hasn’t arrived the hotel, and there’s children with us, we were forced to pay that £50. It was also not acceptable for accusing us having no adult in the room on another housing platform, our room have at least an adult of 24 years old and one that was 18.

Some of the photos/reviews dont do the house justice. Yes in some areas its dated, but more importantly its clean and quite. Owner was incredibly friendly and happy to help however he could. Breakfast was continental with pleantly of choice so more than adiquate. Short walk in to town. I'm sure I'll be returning on my next visit! Only complaint was the pillows were a little firm for us: but thats preference!

Well what can I say 👍👍we stayed last Sunday night fantastic wrote a review .Lovely 👍👍Went to Cromer for 5 nights then our daughter wanted away for sat night .All of Cromer and rest of Norfolk coast line full as well then thought of Harry’s bnb loved Cambridge but knew it was bank hol phoned them up spoke to Chris had a chat but said he was full only 1 lovely room shame only one 😢as would love to take family there to meet Chris and Dusa(lovely lady ) Dusa then phone me back saying they has a apartment that was not let till later .so of co**** we said thank you and took there offer .we arrived about 9 pm not at all a problem we got to there bnb and they both took us to the apartment only a 3 min wal but we both drove they showed us in and I. Fridge was bread butter for toast in mourning with 2 pints of milk with some ceareal 👍👍 fantastic.They then took us to local pub and we had a good laugh and a few pints what hosts . They also said to come to bnb for breakfast we did not go as we had toast and cereal but went to bnb to give keys back and pay which I can not say how much as I am sure they wanted to help us out as it was so CHEAP 👍👍👍 they offered us breakfast At about noon but said no but had cake and tea and had a chat for about 2 hours .I would always recommend this to everyone I have done already can’t wait to come back only a shame they have only I room .Good luck Chris and Dusa also there son Harry GOOD LUCK ALWAYS 👍👍
