這應該是這趟英國之旅預訂酒店中最好的了。酒店位置不要太好，在市中心，旁邊就是一個大商場，對於送娃上學的我們太方便了，一次性買齊了所有的東西。劍橋是個極有魅力的城市，樸實而充滿人文氣息。酒店步行到任何景點都非常近，附近還有幾家很正宗的中餐館，可以滿足中國胃。房間不是很大，但設施齊備，很人性化。話説，現在歐洲的酒店都配備了熱水壺，比以前強很多，不用總喝涼水了。酒店的服務人員都很有素質，老遠就熱情的打招呼，臉上總是帶着友好的笑容。我想，以後一定會是這裏的常客了

Having already stayed in Christchurch College, Oxford we thought that we would like to go and walk in the steps of Charles Darwin in Christ College, Cambridge. The student accommodation was very much as expected with a large modern bedroom and an en suite bathroom. The facilities were very good with desk space, wardrobe, an occasional table, two chairs and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was clean and tidy with a shower situated over the bath along with complementary shampoo and soaps. The grounds and buildings were beautiful and breakfast was served in the upper hall for £12 per person. The cooked breakfast was a little disappointing because it was rather dried up and only luke warm but otherwise satisfactory and plentiful with a good choice of continental breakfast and beverages. We stayed in the new block 4 which overlooked King Street and it was noisy at night. One caution that I would give that the accommodation is situated on both the first and second floors and there aren’t any lifts. The staircase is also hazardous if you don’t take great care as I fell down it luckily only sustaining a slightly sprained ankle. Overall we would certainly recommend Christ College but remember it’s not a hotel but it’s certainly worth the money and has a great feel of presence and history.

We stayed 2 nights and day temperatures were mid to high 20s. It was very hot and there were no fans available. The breakfast was included but the site did not mention that for proper breakfast we have to pay another 12.50 pp. Staff was friendly. Location is excellent.

Great hotel, first choice for me when travelling to the area. Spotless clean and the breakfast is great. They offer take out coffee and will give you a bag to take breakfast away if you’re on a tight schedule. Staff and friendly and helpful.

Didn't like having to pay for parking and the location is very poor, on Sunday there is a train every hour or a bus every 20-30 minutes into central Cambridge. Having already had to pay for parking (and it's a station car park so not cheap) you will have to pay even more to get into Cambridge. Disappointed they don't have something in place to allow people to park for free if staying at the hotel given the location is so poor and there's pretty much nothing around you. I was also surprised the hotel bar didn't take AMEX (or cash).

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at Holiday Inn for 2 nights between May 30 - June 1 2023. Overall the hotel was great and we had a pleasant stay, we had planned to visit the town center and look at the history of Cambridge thus the location was important to us. It was only a short drive (5 mins) to the centre where we could go punting, shopping and to the universities, museums and gardens. We included breakfast in our stay, which I would highly recommend there was a great selection of foods and the pancake machine was a huge win for us. The only thing we were disappointed with was the fact that dressing robes and waters which are usually complimentary in other hotels we have visited, were not included in the room for free and when we asked we were told we could drink the water from the bathroom, which was not pleasant but other factors such as the fact our room was cleaned regularly and the amazing breakfast did make up for this.

PPengguna TetamuThe Fellows House comes out of nowhere as there is a ton of construction going on in front of it. However, don't let that fool you as the entrance is around a few left hand turns and then you hit reception. Stephanie immediately took care of us. Our room was being readied and we had a small bite at the cafe near the main door. Ali, from Uzbekistan took care of us. Great attitude, service and spoke really well. The room was very comfortable and the bed was huge. The bathroom was super clean and everything worked with a press of a button and turn of dial. Great sanitation facilities. The pool, steam room and sauna were also excellent, plus the gym was very decent. For breakfast the next day, Pam, Dolly, Dada, etc. treated us really well and the assortment of food was ample. When we checked out, Ashutosh made the experience smooth and trouble free. He called us a car to pick us up and take us back to the train station as we headed back to London, after having dinner the night before at The Ivy (very good too). If you're headed to Cambridge, please stay at this hotel. Highly recommended, Debs and Dave

預訂的時候儘量朝向公園 不要朝向街道 不然街道正是劍橋市中心。週末羣眾喝酒比較晚 稍微有點吵鬧。早餐不錯 很豐盛。

PPengguna TetamuTravelodge wouldn’t have been a bad memory except for TRIP that made it a horrible one for me , I definitely sure this would be my last dealing with them.
Here is my ordeal with Travelodge and TRIP.com, on arriving the hotel I discovered the hotel has no air conditioning and it was terribly hot in London, I immediately notified the hotel of my intention to check out which they agreed to and are willing to give me a refund , unfortunately the TRIP customer service kept going round and round with the situation inorder for them to make me finish my stay at the hotel even with the fact that I complained it wasn’t comfortable, to be honest the hotel did their best to ensure I get my refund but trip messed everything up, there was practically nothing they didn’t do to make sure I didn’t check out even when someone from the hotel spoke with them about their willingness to give me a refund this is the hotel Ass. Manager ( Mrs Gosia) .
I had a very terrible experience with trip and it is definitely going to be my last . I couldn’t sleep most of the night because of the terrible heat at night thanks to trip.

The reception ladies are very handful, and they provided help when we needed it.
Getting an Uber from the hotel is also tricky, as it depends on the time of the day you request one.

PPengguna TetamuA bit fussy. Hotel open only on weekends, 17 rooms total. Victorian house on a busy road, but there was no road noise. Park behind the hotel. Can leave the car in their car park after you check out. Wi-Fi works near the reception and in the basement breakfast room, but not in the guest rooms. Relatively costly. Some rooms are accessed by entering the front door, going down to the basement, and up again. Tip: you can exit through the back door to the parking lot but cannot come back the same way. Still if someone holds the door open for you, it is the easiest way to get luggage from the car to the hotel. This was not mentioned at check-in, and we carried our bags up and down many stairs! Good sized rooms, tasty full English breakfast, also some yogurt and fruits. When I tried to lift the sash window, it came out in my hands. Fortunately, I didn’t drop it on my foot. About 15 mins walk to the town, either along the main road or along the river.

From Cambridge City Centre to hotel: by walk is around 27 mins, by bus is 15-19 mins (£1.50 Adult - Elizabeth Way Stop, £1.80 Adult - Newmarket Road stop)
Their sevices are ok, friendly and respectful. But no smile, as in poker face. Cleanliness is on point. Absolutely clean and spotless. Very comfortable. As for amenities, they provide all-in-one wash which is bodywash + shampoo in one container fixed firmly on the wall. No bar soap.

SStay12521509633This place is lovely; staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cosy and even though we had a room overlooking the main street we did not experience any noise at all. The bed is comfy and we were provided, without asking, a fan to cool the room down. Breakfast - great. So near the city centre, just cross the bridge and you are there. Also, a Co-op across the road for picnic items etc. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

PPengguna TetamuWe went for spa usage and facilities and was disappointed to find out swimming pool and spa were closed on Saturday @ 7pm. We then went around 8am on sunday only for one third of the swimming pool being closed for a few children’s swim class. The pool was already pretty small and it wasn’t as calm or relaxing any more as children were splashing etc. it’s a shame but I think the hotel needs to really allow longer hours for people to enjoy a more relaxed time in swimming pool for longer hours.
