El hotel impecable, la comida buena y de variedad, habitación limpia, cómoda y con detalles. El personal muy amables. Lo único el spa q se paga aparte y la mitat de chorros no funcionaban

Cet hôtel se situe à Cambril dans le quartier de vilafortuny. Vous êtes à côté de Salou à pied et en bus (un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel, achetez une carte de bus rechargeable dans les agences bus plana, le ticket vous revient 3 fois moins cher). Au niveau des chambres le ménage est fait tous les jours et proprement. On entend pas mal les voix dans les couloirs et si vous êtes juste en haut de la salle de fête , vous pouvez entendre du bruit lors des soirées. Quand vous êtes k.o ça passe sinon prévoyez des boules caisses. De ce qui est du petit déjeuner c’est vraiment un 10/10 ! Beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Le buffet du soir lui aussi c’est un 10/10 , énormément de plats et desserts pour le prix de 15€ par personne. J’ai testé la salle de sport , petite mais génial avec les machines de base et mêmes des altères. Et pour terminer l’accueil était plus ou moins bien. Enfin au Check-in l’hôtesse était un peu froide et pas très polie. Mais d’autres hôtes et hôtesses sont biens. Vous pouvez louer des vélos à l’hôtel pour 9€ la journée (testé mais pas approuvé donc une hôtesse nous a fait un geste commerciale). Sinon louer juste à quelques pas de l’hôtel pour à peu près la même somme.

Our stay was terrible from start to finish. My 4 year old daughter got chemical burns from the children’s pool due to the hotel staff putting too much chlorine in the pool, this resulted in not only my daughters costume been bleached but her being so sore and uncomfortable for the remainder of the time. There were also two other children that suffered with the same issue. The hotel wasn’t bothered at all. We didn’t even receive an apology. The following day we were locked out of the room for half a day due to a fault with the key system, the staff didn’t offer any alternative room or even an apology. We were left unable to access any money or clothes and my daughter had to sit in her wet swimming costume! If things couldn’t get any worse, my partner had his glasses stolen by what we believe was the life guard we asked the hotel if they would access the cctv however they refused and asked us to contact the police! The hotel then advertise a late check out for €40, as we had a late night flight I requested the late check out, more so because my partner was ill, however they refused again. The staff are miserable and extremely unhelpful. I will be taking my daughter’s chemical burns further when back in the UK. Avoid this hotel

Hotel in lovely food in the restaurant not very nice repetitive one of the male waiters was shouting at us for sitting on a table he was keeping for someone else house keeping rooms were spotless only one of the male waiters in the bar smiled his name was Jamie I wouldn't go back there

Stayed at this lovely hotel from 30th may to 6th June room 1079 when I got home I realized I left 2 photos in hotel room of my 11 year old at farri land so gutted my uncle has emailed hotel so hopefully get them back . This was truly a special hotel everything was perfect planning on returning next year.

Lovely clean family friendly hotel, in a great location between Cambrils and Salou. Good selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever we ate at the hotel. Cocktails were very nice too! My Granddaughter really enjoyed the kids disco and the Aqua gym. Staff polite and friendly. Great value for money in my opinion. I would recommend the Best Maritim hotel to family and friends and would definitely return.

We had the greatest family holiday whilst staying in Best Maritim Hotel. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean and we felt really welcome and really safe whilst on holiday here. I will list the positives below: 1. Our room was amazing, superior family room with extended balcony and view of the beach. 2 sun loungers and table and 4 chairs on balcony. 2 queen beds and plenty of space to store luggage. Bathroom was lovely with shower and bath and lots of space to put toiletries. 2. Staff were amazing. My kids made great friends with Beatriz in the restaurant and Noe in kids club. Both ladies are excellent at their jobs and made my kids feel so special and welcomed. 3. The kids club was great. There is indoor activities each day (down near spa) and also kids activities outdoor. There is a kids party at 9pm every night and adult entertainment on after (which kids can stay and enjoy) something different every night. 4. Pool area is gorgeous and lots of space to relax and there is a small kids pool the the bigger pool has a shallow end too which is great for my 5 year old. 5. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels etc changed daily in bedroom. 6. We were half board so had breakfast and dinner each day in restaurant. Great amount of food but by end of week we got a little bored of same items but there is plenty of choice (just not for picky eaters) seafood, ribs, fruit, hot dogs, burgers, chips lots of choice. It's our own fault as we only eat certain foods. 7. Cambrils is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is the salou end of Cambrils literally a 15 min walk to be at the bottom end of Salou. We took a walk in and it was lovely. 8. We hired bikes and cycled into main part of Cambrils too which was lovely. The cycle path runs whole length of the beach and is right out the back of the hotel (Red part on path) 9. Bus stop right outside hotel to travel into salou / cambrils / Barcelona. 10. We went to Portaventure and Aqua Polis and would recommend the water park more it is in La Pineda and get bus 2 outside hotel to this. A great family day out. Overall we couldn't have asked for more from this hotel. The lovely staff who made our experience even more enjoyable (all the kids club entertainers were brilliant). The staff in restaurant including managers were lovely and welcoming and always going extra mile especially Beatriz who my daughter absolutely loved. She is a credit to your company and such a genuine lovely person. I would love to come back to this hotel for our next holiday it has everything we needed and more. We were sad to be leaving. Thank you for making your holiday so special.

First time visiting this hotel and most likely the last time too. Food is bland and very repetitive. Staff at the restaurant are not happy at all and the young lady serving the omelettes and toast in the mornings is miserable and clearly should look for another job. The only few waiters that make an effort are clearly Bilal and Beatriz. They serve with a smile and are polite too unlike the rest of the waiters who are at times rude too. The restaurant Manager Manuel and Magdalena at least compensate for this behaviour as they are both nice. Entertainment is very poor considering this is a huge hotel. No effort at all and the waiters behind the bar downstairs are also miserable . I actually even mentioned this to them! Having said this, we would like to thank Elena the cleaner as even though language was a barrier, she was happily cleaning away and also extremely polite. She is a role model for all cleaners! Thank Elena. Additionally and finally, thanks to Vasily at the reception but apart from that, the receptionists are miserable too. For these reasons, we will not revisit nor recommend. We have been to Salou plenty of times and never experienced such unhappy staff!

A really nice hotel. The staff are good the food is excellent, (on a half board basis). Rooms good, not overly large with a relatively small balcony. It did give a nice view of the sea front though !. Pool area ok but you could get away from it with beds to the front of the hotel. Little get up in the middle of the night and book your sunbeds thankfully, alway plenty available so no problem with that. Got a free spa ticket and would really recommend using this facility. However the staff member running the facility spent nearly all her time on her mobile and spoke little english, not very helpful. The gym was ok (if thats your thing) but too many damaged pieces of kit, did report but nothing happened. Minor points and all in all would recommend. Bus stop outside the hotel for trips to Salou (30 minute walk), Cambrils (45 minutes), Tarragona, and Reus. Get a travel card for 10 euros, well worth it from Plana just up the road, works out really cheap. Finally the animation team, especially the aqua fit guy was excellent as my wife would confirm !!.
