Como eu estive em um evento em Alphaville Campinas, a localização do hotel foi extremamente conveniente. Estacionamento amplo (a minha única crítica é com relação a cobrança do mesmo), quarto limpo e aconchegante com boa estrutura. Café de manhã com boas opções (poderia ter um pouco mais de frutas). Recomendo a estadia.

A recepção é muito bom foi bem rápido o check in e o checkout. Além de manta tem edredom e outro tipo de travesseiro que podem ser solicitados na recepção. É bem localizado o hotel, bem próximo do centro de convivência, com pão de açúcar bem próximo disponível pra compras e diversas opções de restaurantes ao redor. Única reclamação que tenho é o chuveiro que não é tão bom, mas de resto muito bom o quarto. Eu me hospedaria de novo. O café da manhã achei bom apesar do pão salgado e do pão de queijo ser mais salgado do que estou acostumado e os bolos serem pesados.

It was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

There is a lot of room in the suite making it easy to meet up with someone on business to have a conversation. The rooftop pool and lounging area is terrific. Gym was well equipped. The rooms are mostly sound proof. The food in the restaurant was good quality and the location was great - easy to walk to many restaurants.

This is not a professional hotel because: 1. They cannot deliver an invoice to my name and the name of my company 2. Staff is reckless and does not care to help, despite several request. 3. Rooms are very noisy, you could not sleep because my neighbours watched TV all nights 4. Rooms are very small, with insects, not sure this hotel is clean 5. Gum is dirty with nothing to disinfect, no water, no towels I do not recommend this hotel at all,the Melia is way better
