Everything was good just they should offer complimentary 2 water bottles when traveler checked in infact they can include the water bottles price into room price

Great location, 2 mins to the beach

Everything was perfect, at least for me. The location was so near to the beautiful beach, shops, restaurants , and some hiking places.

Very nice place to stay close to the airport and the beach. The air conditioner had to be repaired and a light bulb change but otherwise very comfortable and convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff

Although basic and a little tired in places for a short stay it was perfect. Staff were lovely and helpful

The service from the reception agents was very nice and lovely, the location is clean, nice and close to the beach/sea and the airport.

Hotel facilities were adequate, though there appeared to be no English language channels on the tv in the room, the Internet connection was intermittent, & the view from the room window was of the rear façades of a collection of somewhat rundown properties. Staff were helpful enough & the hotel is located conveniently close to Palma airport; which was our main reason for choosing it.

Clean with comfortable beds, good breakfast selection and all the staff we came across were so very lovely, helpful and friendly - a real credit to the hotel.
