Location is perfect. Room is HUGE. However, they charge (as seems custom to Taipei) $100 USD per hour for early check-in or late check-out.

This has been my worst hotel experience in Taipei. The location is great, but the hardware is unacceptable. I booked a suite without realizing it was essentially a love hotel room, and the entire space was freezing. The air conditioning has no heating function, and the portable heater they provided was so weak it made no difference. I genuinely don’t understand why the hotel can’t offer a proper heater. Even the hair dryer barely works. After discovering the room type, I requested a change. They moved me to another suite on the same floor, but the conditions were just as bad. I asked to switch to the upper floors, but they claimed nothing was available and insisted on giving me yet another room on the same floor. Only after I complained again did they suddenly “find” a room on the 7th floor, which looked more like an executive room. But even then, the room was still freezing and the heater remained useless. Also, the elevator keycard is easily mess up with the magnet strip; I have to change card every time when I go back to my room. I end up check out one night in advance as I can’t stand the room. Do not recommend this hotel to my friends at all.

Beautiful hotel room although a bit old. Comes with a carpark lot and a very elaborate toilet with jacuzzi! Excellent experience!!

Good location, near MTR station. Good service. Big room with jacuzzi. Drive in with car park next to the room.

Location is convenient with restaurants, 7/11, supermarkets nearby; 300m from mrt station, walkable to Raohe night market, Mt elegant and tanpei 101 (25-35 mins), if you take mrt, it takes about same time and need some transfers. Bathroom is huge, cleanness is ok, ac was very cold and cannot be adjusted for each room. Some ventilation or water pipe or ac noise due to older systems, if you are a light sleeper, you might mind it. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Bathroom is excellent, first time wanted to sleep in the bathroom as an asian saying 「你今晚訓廁所啦」
