Amazing hotel, clean very modern and very great staff helpful

Great experience. Love the positive vibe, great stuff (Cesar, Salah,…). Very good food. Clean. Come here for the third time. Great value for money. Highly recommended. Hotel and its pesonel share positive vibe. Cyclists friendly hotel.

My sixth stay at Hotel Helios with our large group of cyclists and walkers (mainly from the UK, but a smattering of Americans and Germans). It’s a big hotel and it must take a strong management team to run it so efficiently. Food and room both excellent, and cyclist and bike friendly. Exceptional reception crew - helpful and efficient. Always love to see Pilar and her colleagues in the dining room. And everyone is so friendly and smiley - makes such a difference to your guests - that includes the chamber maids you meet in the corridors and the ladies who are constantly polishing the floors in all the communal areas. From the warmest welcome from Letitia, and all of the reception staff to the hugest of genuine smiles from everyone who works there, I could not recommend this hotel more. It is the second time I have stayed with our group of 43 cyclist and again, it excelled. The rooms were spotless at all times and nothing was too much trouble. Big shout out to the wonderful Pilar and Lucy who looked after us at dinner, which was always a veritable feast - and I certainly felt I got my money's worth with the huge quantities I ate. Really looking forward to our next visit in 2025 already.

This was my first time in Mallorca and therefore my first time in the Helios Hotel, and I had a fantastic week. I joined a cycle group that has stayed at the hotel for several years now, and it is a perfect choice, especially for a cycling vacation. It has large secure bike rooms in the basement, wash station and even a wall with route suggestions in case you come alone and unprepared. The rooms are clean and generous with a balcony (I even had a personal written welcome card and beverages upon arrival on my desk, thank you Margherita!). The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all my (relentless) questions about Mallorca and the hotel etc, accommodating me right away despite my too early arrival. As part of the cycling group I chose half board, so breakfast and dinner was always a fun social gathering with great food. The food choices were plenty (almost too much to choose from) and the staff enthusiastic and friendly, especially Salah at the grille and Alejandro and Mickey, accommodating also my special requests if some of my favorite items were not on display some days. On a rainy day the spa (that you can rent out privately) was a great way to warm up again after a cold ride. The location close to the airport and the beach is perfect to start your bike routes, or to just head to Palma quickly with a bus stop behind the hotel. The weather was still a bit too chilly for the beach or even for hanging by the pool for a long time, but I still jumped in and enjoyed the shoulder massage jet after a long ride and then hopped into the indoor pool to warm up. Time flew by, and for my next Mallorca cylcling trip Helios would definitely be my first choice again.

Love this hotel , stayed last year and couldn’t wait to return . It’s a gem ! Fantastic price! Lovely staff all around . Spotless!! Lovely Lucy and Pilar looked after us i the restaurant perfectly ! Comfortable hotel; very friendly staff. Lucy, Pilar and Fatima, our restaurant waitresses, were particularly friendly and very professional. They looked after us well.

Such a friendly and well run hotel. All the staff make you welcome. We spent a week cycling with friends and the hotel is set up perfectly for this with secure cycle storage and easy access to good cycling routes. We had half board and the buffet restaurant is very good. The staff are excellent, Pilar, Lucy and Fatima deserve a special mention!
