Una grata experiencia, un hotel muy bonito y con muchos extras.

The room is small and dark, lightning very poor, furniture very old and used, they didn’t make an effort to try and refurb a bit. All mirrors are oxidised around corners. Cleaning is good, the housekeeper deserves a medal for trying to make everyone feel welcome by greeting and smiling (the only one). The water from the shower comes out in the room therefore the door is all afected by the water and spliting off. Aircon is weak, if you stay still it does the job but if you move in the room it feels like a fan. Reception staff, no one smiles or greets (apart from the night receptionist on our arrival). We asked for late checkout, as they provide it, we were told different by different people, first a not possible, then try one day prior , try two days prior then try on the day to see if possible. From day one they knew it is a no, but none of them tried to put our mind at ease to say that they do provide luggage storrage and not to worry. It was just the NO and you do what you can. Everyone hardly speaks any english, just german, and if you don’t speak the language you have no chance at anything. Waiters around the hotel are pleasant and smiling but not all. And as a final review, there is one rule for one and one for others. One evening we were told vaping is not allowed on the terrace, but the people at two tables around us were smoking cigarettes i feel like laughing now, but this area? never again!

Lovely hotel. Nice pool. Very relaxing. Room and bed comfortable and handy supermarket. Lots of choice for breakfast. Short walk to all the shops and restaurants on the beach front. There’s also a bus stop round the corner. Lots of cats too!

The hotel is very well situated near to the beach and not far from the centre of C'an Picafort. The staff were were very friendly and helpful e.g. an electric bulb stopped working and we had problems with the fridge, both were sorted out extremely quickly. The swimming pools were very good, large areas and suitable for children and adults. There were plenty of sun loungers. There was a good variety of food in the restaurant and dirty plates were cleared away very quickly.

Stayed here as a couple in August. Had an appartment room as I tend to get up a lot earlier than my husband and can make tea and use lounge area without waking him. There is a small kitchenette with microwave and hob, fridge and kettle. There is a sofa bed in lounge area and a very small tv on the wall . Unfortunately we were given a first floor room on the street which had the blazing sun all day on our balcony which made it impossible to use as it had no shade and was 34 degrees. It was like going out into an oven and the chairs were metal which burnt your legs when you sat on them. Also there were no net curtains so as we were in full view of the street had to keep curtains drawn which made the room very dark.The air con was the worst I've had in a hotel in Spain the room was always uncomfortably hot and we ended up going into town and buying a fan. The bathroom was very small with the toilet wedged between the sink and shower area, anyone over a certain size would have a problem using it. It had no shower tray but a floor with a slit in to take the water away. I found the floor to be very slippy as was always wet in all of the bathroom after using shower. There was ample storage in the bedroom and drawer and plugs each side of the bed which was good. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily by the very friendly spanish ladies who always had a smile and a good morning for you. There was a nice pool with access to the beach which is very narrow so can get quite cramped in peak season. The pool was taped off until 9 o'clock when you could get your sunbed which I suppose is to prevent people putting towels out early in the morning. They provided a nice smoking area for smokers with tables and chairs though could do with a few umbrellas for shade in the hot parts of the day. As others have said this is predominantly a German hotel with very few British though that didn't bother us I think it was shown in the food at breakfast. We were half board and were very disappointed with the food. Though there were very nice desserts the food was not to our taste and not a lot of choice. One evening we had bread and cheese for our dinner. Overall we have stayed at much better 4 star hotels in majorca. The hotel seems to offer the bare minimum with no wow factor anywhere though we found can picafort to be a Lovely area of majorca.

So I traveled on my own and was very sceptical, having browsed over a lot of hotels . This one came in very very good . Clean room nice tidy gardens clean pools , short walk to the beach . Only had breakfast, which had everything to choose from . I had a very early flight coach pick up at 3.15 am , was so pleased that the lovely gentleman on reception told me that I could go in to the restaurant and have tea coffee or juice , also food for a sandwich lots of fruit to chop from . A very nice gesture. Overall the hotel was perfect. Only one slight gripe I seemed to ge the only non German person but that was ok ..

A fantastic hotel. Great location for family. 10 mins walk into town. Baby pool and kids club was ace. Rooms were cleaned daily. Hotel staff were great and always on hand to help. Beach is a 2min walk from the hotel and Acludia 15 mins on the bus. We could not have been happier.

If you judged this hotel on first impressions of the facilities you would think it was great. Good pool areas with 3 pools, one suitable for toddlers,a kids club, onside shop and snack bar,evening entertainment etc.The reception is bright and airy, with a huge bar area and outdoor entertainment area. There is a walkway to the beach 50m . Where this hotel is let down imo, is the rooms. We had a suite, spacious and airy, with sea view.it looks like two rooms made into one. Lacks basic facilities that UK visitors might expect(kettle,although you can hire one). Rooms themselves are tired and need re furbished,but are kept spotlessly clean by the cleaners. Some work needed on the external rendering of the exterior. Breakfasts are decent, but I would not recommend the evening meal, salads and deserts are good; however the cooked meats are poor and selection is limited,to be frank it was disappointing. Staff are very friendly and they have a good kids club. However the glaring fact remains it needs investment,it could be so much more. The patrons are predominantly German and hence it caters mainly for this clientele. It was marketed as a 4 star and was well over £ 1000 pp, through Jet2. It has some good points but definitely not a 4 star.

A lovely hotel! Very clean, lovely staff and good facilities! There are not many brits if that’s what you’re after but we quite liked that! You can’t put towels down till 9:30 and people do queue so just something to be mindful of. We had a one bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Lovely shower too. Room was cleaned each day with fresh towels provided. We didn’t use the beach but it was clean. The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. We went at 7:30 each day (it's open 7:30-10:30) and it was nice and quiet but seemed busier later on. We ate lunch in the snack bar which was great value for money! We didn’t eat in the hotel for dinner but found lots of good places on the promenade- take a left out the hotel and turn left after the fast food restaurant and you reach this! The Argentinian steak house was our favourite meal! We were 4 adults and 1 infant and would definitely return. The hotel provides a cot and had high chairs for breakfast and lunch as did the places on the promenade.
