Location is excellent given it is connected to the shopping mall so no impact rain or shine but there seems to be no designated car pick up or drop off point and empty taxis (those only willing to go to airport!) are always occupying the area right in front of the main entrance on Canton Road thus making the rest of the people trying to get rides very dangerous as our cars will have to double park and let us get on in the middle of the road!
The hotel is an old hotel but recently renovated so although decor and furnitures show its age, it’s still quite functional, even for those with wheelchairs. Room is spacious and bathroom has both bath tub and shower but the toilet flushing is a bit slow.
Hotel was kind enough to upgrade our suite to the executive floor and we were met by very professional and friendly staff there. When we asked for a shower chair for my mom who uses a wheelchair, they promptly provided one!
Special thanks to all the personnel on the executive floor who were helpful and attentive, as well as to the Concierge team who assisted us with our freezer storage requests!

We checked in earlier but they still need us to wait till 3 pm and it wasn’t on time , I mean the room wasn’t ready yet . As I have booked it in trip . Com and the lady receptionist said she can’t find my booking and Imseh need so much time to check my booking . Ok and I have told her I am celebrating my birthday and I need to take photo in the room and celebrate so see if she can upgrade me . I was happy she did and it was 10th floor . The view from the room was good and I took lots of birthday photos . The pool was great and relaxing. The staff was friendly and polite . The sauna was good too . The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's right outside Mong Kok East station. From the airport, you can take bus A21 for five stops, get off at Metropark Hotel Mongkok, and it's about a ten-minute walk from there. If you need to go to Futian Port, it's also very convenient; just take the train from Mong Kok East straight to Lok Ma Chau without changing lines. The hotel has many rooms, but the soundproofing is good, so it's quite quiet. The staff are all very efficient. I felt the fridge in my room wasn't cold enough, so I immediately called engineering, and they came to check it out. They tested the cooling, and it was fine. The hotel is divided into high and low blocks, reaching up to 87 floors, making it the tallest five-star hotel in the New Territories. Below the hotel, there's a shopping mall and office space. Inside, you'll find the flagship Chinese restaurant 'Rú', the all-day buffet restaurant Café Circles, and the trendy pastry brand Nina Patisserie. The hotel also boasts a spacious outdoor swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center, allowing guests to fully relax and unwind.
The room size is ample, and basic amenities are comprehensive. Besides local basic channels, the TV also offers cable and satellite TV. However, it's a pity there's no access to streaming platforms like Netflix and Disney+! The bathroom even has a bathtub, which I appreciate for a relaxing soak! We checked in at the hotel and expected the room to feel clean and comfortable. However, we were met by a room that didn't feel very clean. The wallpaper on the looked a bit loose in the seems, color was coming off on the edge of the ceilings and the carpet on the floor had some visible dark spots/stains. The bathroom floor also had dark stains/spots and the shower was pretty hard to operate as it was a bit difficult to turn off. The bathroom sink seemed a little clogged as water ran down very slowly. We also noticed some hairs on the floor of the bedroom that wasn't ours.
We were three people sharing a room and it got a little cramped. Two is better to not feel like it's too small. We paid around ~1020 HKD per night for the room which felt a bit expensive considering the condition the room was in.
The location was great though and the staff was nice. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the metro and travelling around the city is easy. It is also close to restaurants, shopping and convenience stores.
I would recommend staying here if you don't mind your room potentially being a little bit unclean or at least feel that way.DariPHP 2,357

Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that the hotel's upper floors were undergoing renovations, and to let them know if we encountered any issues. Our 4-day stay was pretty good. We were on the 15th floor, and when we left around 10 AM, we barely heard any noise from the room. The room itself was decent, spacious enough to fully open two 28-inch suitcases. The hotel's location is also very convenient; you can get here from the airport by taking bus A21/A22 or the MTR. It's about a 10-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station to the hotel. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options like Lin Heung Tea House, Yung Kee Roast Goose, Chung So Dessert, Wa So Cafe, an egg tart shop, and Haidilao. For shopping, there's Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Don Quijote, 7-11, and Wellcome Supermarket. The street right outside the hotel is Kimberley Road, and our driver told us this area is Hong Kong's 'Korean Street,' so you'll find lots of Korean restaurants around! 1. The room was better than I expected. I was a bit worried about the cleanliness at this price point in Hong Kong, but I felt much more at ease after arriving. The overall hygiene was good, and they even provided a wooden toothbrush, though I brought my own and didn't need it.
2. The front desk staff and the person handling luggage were very friendly. I locked my room card inside the room, and they helped me resolve it. They even gave me some chocolates afterwards.
3. The room is indeed much smaller compared to Guangzhou, so be prepared for that. However, I was only staying for one night, so it was acceptable.
4. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. To get to the high-speed rail station, you can walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East Station and take the MTR to Austin. It's also very convenient for getting to Central or other places.
5. Areas for improvement:
- I kept pressing the elevator floor button with no response. It turns out you need to swipe your card first. I suggest they put up a sign with instructions.
- I thought there was no hairdryer, so I didn't wash my hair. Only the next day did I find it in a cabinet outside the bathroom. I suggest placing it in a more visible spot in the bathroom (e.g., above where the toiletries are).DariPHP 3,504

Had a great stay at Holiday Inn Golden Mile Hong Kong. The location was super convenient — right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui with easy access to the MTR, shopping, and plenty of food options nearby.

I honestly think this hotel offers incredible value for its price.
~Service: The front desk staff were warm, patient, and clearly thought about the guests' needs; there was even someone on duty late at night. The luggage storage attendant was also incredibly kind. I just asked about the hotel shuttle, and he took me out in the pouring rain to catch it.
~Amenities: Some floors have free water dispensers, and on the first floor, there's a complimentary tea room, as well as coin-operated washing machines and dryers. They offer a free hotel shuttle from 10 AM to 6 PM, and umbrellas are available in the lobby – all very convenient.
~Location: The hotel is located at an intersection, just a few steps away from McDonald's, ParknShop supermarket, and 7-Eleven. Across the street, there are various restaurants serving Korean, *********, Chaoshan, Vietnamese, and Singaporean cuisine, all at reasonable prices, usually under 100 HKD.
~Transportation: The hotel shuttle stops at Mong Kok, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Elements Mall at Kowloon Station. The bus has automatic doors, and you just wave to get on at designated spots. The Olympic and Nam Cheong MTR stations are about a ten-minute walk away. There are also bus and mini-bus stops near the hotel, which are very convenient if you know how to use them. For a concert I attended, I took a special bus from Kai Tak to Prince Edward after the show, then transferred to a mini-bus, arriving at the hotel in just 20 minutes.DariPHP 4,068

This hotel has family room that fit 4 of us comfortably, and it's very close to mtr station (~150m) which is convenient for family with young kids. Room is small but enough for a family with kids. The amenities are sufficient and well provided. Staff are helpful. For those that travel from airport, you can actually take A21 bus and will drop off right front of the hotel. And to airport with A21 bus instead, but the departure bus station is ~500m walk from hotel. You may consult hotel staff for direction. It is the classic old-school personal touch of hotels with great service and friendly staff.
