Big nice and clean rooms with excellent view over the ocean, city and mountains. Live music every night. Free parking. Large selection of food. Dinner and afternoon food very good. Breakfast with a large selection too, but could be better. If breakfast was better I would rate 10.

We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

The place was absolutely fabulous and clean. Entertainment for kids and adults were great, just a walking distance to the beach and town. I would stay there again. The food was also very very good.

就在海灘對面，白天 check in 的時候車位真難找啊，酒店有自己獨立的停車位，不過 10 歐一晚，不建議，因為晚上車位很多，可以下午 check in 後去 palma 市中心玩+吃飯，晚上回來門口停車位很多找一個靠近酒店的，酒店服務早餐各方面都不錯

Todo perfecto, limpieza, servicio, habitaciones… fuimos de viaje en pareja y es espectacular. Lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Very nice hotel staff always friendly but we found the breakfasts on the cold side after quing for some time. The hotel is relying on all inclusive guests with children and we feel that being half board was not a good idea to stay at tongatowers.

Pleasant stay from start to finish, no small part due to the staff who were very friendly and welcoming, special mentions to Jordan and Yeni (front desk, apologies if name is wrong). Food selection was great each night, no nightmare uncooked food and the continental for late mornings was more than ideal. The pool area is lovely with the large curtained beds which were ideal for relaxing in the sun. The drinks were clearly not watered down and the bar staff were always hard at work to ensure any queues moved in quickly. The hotel was spotless and the junior suite (free upgrade!) was fantastic for two people. The sauna and steam room were both modern and pleasant. I definitely recommend the tasting menu at the sky bar, which offered an inclusive, very elegant meal with wine and amazing views of the surrounds. Two downsides, only one can be improved upon. Location, Ca’an picafort is a nice quiet location (still bars etc on the promenade open until late), however I would seriously recommend an airport taxi as I did, as a shuttle bus would have been very taxing at either end of the holiday (expect 1h in taxi). The second is there could possibly be a bit more enforcement of children not being allowed in child free areas, such as the spa and roofbar. I feel like the staff work hard enough though, so maybe clearer signage for parents to heed would be more appropriate. This did not detract from the overall value or experience of the hotel though, so I will definitely consider returning here when I come back to Majorca.

We have just returned home from 9 nights at Tonga Towers and I genuinely haven’t ever been this sad for a holiday to be over - we had the best time. I went with my sister and we stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Such a beautiful room - so much space with a sliding door between the bedroom and the living room area. Spacious bathroom with a powerful shower, plenty of wardrobe space and a big balcony overlooking the pool area. We were on the 13th floor which is high up, it didn’t bother us but maybe one to avoid if you don’t like heights! There are four lifts, sometimes they do take a while if a lot of people are waiting, but not a major issue. The aircon was great in the room/throughout the hotel. We never had to get up early or queue for sun beds - they can’t be reserved and the pool area isn’t open until 8am. There were still plenty of sun beds available later into the morning and in the afternoon too. We tried to stay in the sun but there are plenty in the shade too. The restaurants did get busy at times but we never had to wait for a table - sometimes drinks took a little longer but the restaurant staff work SO hard, they honestly never stop! There was a lot of choice for breakfast, lunch & evening meals - I guess it could get a bit ‘samey’ but this didn’t bother us, managed to find something every day. There were good options for my sister who is vegetarian - lots of fish and salads etc. (not always labelled the best but we worked it out.) We really enjoyed the evening entertainment, whether this was the hotel’s animation team or an external performer - it was different every night and they were all really entertaining. We were so impressed by the hotel’s animation team, doing kids club/various sports and activities all day and then the kids disco in the evening, and then sometimes performing for the adult entertainment at 9:30. They clearly work so hard and are very talented at what they do, we loved it. Our favourites were the Bruno Mars tribute and the movie night! It is very family/children friendly hotel but this didn’t bother us, there is a separate kids pool but the four other pools are big enough that lilos/inflatables etc aren’t a problem. We were all inclusive and as there were only two of us we didn’t have an issue with the two (alcoholic) drinks rule - we could still get soft drinks and water all together etc. The bar staff work so hard and are so friendly - especially on an evening, they are rushed off of their feet and work so hard, they are all so lovely and remembered our drinks order. Something we noticed throughout our whole stay is how hard everybody works, from the cleaners to the bar/restaurant staff & reception - they are all a credit to the hotel. We found the wristbands really useful for unlocking the room, so we didn’t have to remember to take a key out with us. These are also used when ordering drinks. Absolutely fantastic hotel experience big shout to all the staff that work extremely hard to make Ur holiday especially the bar staff they are none stop in the lounge bar .5 star service thank you. Stay in apartment room 1009 great space modern large comfy bed and pillows and great if you like a coffee when you wake up.

First visit to the Tonga Tower but we’ve been to can picafort before. Hotel is very clean and tidy and modern. All the facilities you will need to enjoy your holiday. Pools, sports facilities gym spa jacuzzi the works. Food was plentiful and changed on a daily basis so you could eat something new every visit along with old favourites should you wish too. Evening entertainment was great for the kids.. the team work hard and there are acts to keep the adults entertained too. Four lifts so don’t complain you have to wait ages. Sky roof is excellent and you can eat there and this is where the jacuzzi is along with sun loungers. Rooms cleaned daily if required. Sun loungers plenty Swimming pools are not heated but be brave and you will be fine. Staff could not do more and as we left in the evening you can store your luggage free and also use the facilities until you go. They offer free towels on your last day so you don’t have to use yours. Easy access to the bus which takes you to Alcudia and port de polencia

The one bedroom suites were excellent and spacious, housekeeping was excellent and the hotel was very clean. The pool area was spacious with plenty of beds, we spent more time in the children’s pool which was excellent for kids. The negatives were the food on offer. As a non cheese eater about 30% of the foods available were out of bounds for me. We all found the food very similar with little changes per day. The choice for kids was poor, when chicken nuggets were available they were poor quality and over cooked. A lot of the freshly cooked meats were a little hurried and often under cooked. We stopped eating our evening meal on the Wednesday and opted to eat out instead, not ideal when you have paid all inclusive. There was also a distinct lack of labelling so you had no idea what some of the offerings were. There were no themed nights offering a bigger variety, although sushi was available one night. The breakfasts were reasonable with a decent choice available, although I was not keen on the sausages or the bacon, but overall it was decent. The snacks during the day were reasonable with a standard choice available. It was served as a buffet style from 12 till 3 and then as table service until 5. The choice of ice cream and lollies was decent and some others were available at extra cost. They were very strict with the alcohol drinks and the cocktails were quite weak, but were decent. Entertainment was reasonable and the team were very good and tried hard. Overall a good hotel but fell short with the standard of food.

We stayed 23rd May- 28th May. A short get away with our 14 year old and 6 year old. We booked a 1 bedroom apartment which had big sliding doors between the bedroom and living area. Our disappointment was the sofa bed, we hadn't realised it would be a double sofa bed. This wasn't ideal for a 14 year old boy and 6 year old girl to share. All previous hotels have had single sofa beds. We asked at reception if we could have 2 single sofa beds instead or at least a mattress to put on the floor. The manager said the hotel was full and this wasn't possible. They sell the rooms with a double sofa bed and if I didn't like it I should speak to my rep and see if we could gey another hotel. Also suggested i could share the sofa bed with my daughter, but they arn't that big and this wasn't my idea of a holiday. I felt this was a very poor response. We didn't want a different hotel. For 1st night they shared, but it wasn't great. I went back to reception, they gave us a topper for the bed, which we put on the floor and my 6 year old slept on this. It worked out OK. But beware if you have 2 older kids. We liked the hotel. Food was good. A good selection each day, always something for everyone. Pizza, pasta, chips, salad which my 6 year old enjoyed. We really liked the snack bar outside. After 3pm they have a menu and do some great tasty options. The pizza there is yum. You can get ice creams on all inclusive but you have to ask for the menu for these. It us separate to the big one on display. The children's pool has a few slides, it is accessed with your wrist band as locks little kids in. It has the children's club, which children can dip in and out of. Ran 10 - 12 then 3 - 5. Evening entertainment was OK. We've definitely seen better. They had a mini disco at 8.30pm. The pool was cool, but expected in May. No issue getting a sunbed. The location is good. C'an picafort is a lovely resort, shops and bars to suit all. Only had lunch out twice so can't comment on restaurants. Market was good on Friday morning. Alcudia is really easy to get to. Catch the bus from outside Aldi. Takes only 20 minutes. We walked the walls in the old town, visited the Roman remains and then spent the afternoon at alcudia port. The beach is lovely there with beach bars/restaurants. A good hotel for families. Just the bed situation was an issue and wasn't addressed as I felt it could have been

Currently still here on our 5th day out of 10 and already can't wait to get back home. Upon arriving you get given a bracelet to gain entry to your room and a price of paper with your room number and floor level it also provides times for breakfast, dinner etc. The room is very basic just all white very little colour. The bathroom was a mess all the silicone around the walk in shower was green mouldy, the shower trap let out a sewage smell, the grout in the shower was brown, I've added photos regarding this. There is multiple bars in and around the hotel but they seem to open them all at different times meaning there's only ever 1 bar open and the cues get so big as they have a 2 drink per person policy so you can imagine the cues. The entertainment is Terrible they have 1 act on every night from 9:30 and its poor, nothing on too keep the kids entertained in the day. The pool is on the colder side and takes a while to get used to it, I've already been here for 5 day and they only had music playing around the pool on 1 of them days. There is 4/5 lifts in the hotel and your waiting a good 10/15 minutes for them as they are very small lifts. Yesterday at tea time a lady made a complaint as she got chicken that was still raw. On the bar only 1 person working until a complaint was made then they got some more to help. I've gone all inclusive as I have a 3 year old however I STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TOO as there is no food for kids and the food that is there is rubbish it's near enough the same everyday, we have spent so much money eating out already. There is a hotel next door so we sit on out balcony and listen to there entertainment as it's much better. They say this hotel is a 4*+ let me tell you I've stayed in better 3* hotels. I'm not one to complain but the price of this holiday and what I've received so far is a joke. Also all the main days out/excursions are towards Palma/Magaluf so of you stay here you will eiter need ro get a taxi there priced at €135.00 per 1 way or you can pay to get picked up from alcudia however this is a 1 hour bus ride away. There is nothing for younger kids around here
