嚴格來説，不算是酒店，類似農莊，而且距離市中心比較遠大概10公里，周邊沒有吃飯的地方，交通不便，每次去市中心都要打車。 工作人員服務很好，衹有一個工作人員會英語，其他交流全靠翻譯軟件，但看得出他們已經盡力提供服務。因為進房間需要脱鞋，孩子被門口的水泥梯級割到腳，工作人員及時送來消毒和包紮傷口的葯物。 房間距離前台較遠，每次需要走大概10來分鐘。綠化很好，但同時也有蛇出沒，兩次在路上遇到蛇，但工作人員説沒有毒。房間設施比較舊，可能平時入住的人不多，有些小破舊也沒有及時維修。訂的是家庭別墅，其中一間房天花板有破損，第二天準備退房時，發現正對天花板破損地方的被子上有一顆老鼠屎。 因為位置比較偏僻，每次外出工作人員可以幫忙叫的士，但會比用grab叫車貴一些，可能收了服務費。

Con Khuong Resort Rooms are great. Big. Spacious, super clean and a big bath with full scenic views as it opens into the bedroom with a glass pane that could be closed off with a screen. It had a stunning floating tub that I enjoyed particulary! The balcony was spacious and overlooked the pool. We had a double room, deluxe. The scenery from the balcony was incredible. It had complete privacy as it had treetops and a gorgeous river view beyond the pool views which were right below. They arranged for netflix connectivity on the smart tv as soon as we requested. The rooms are new and well maintained. The resort is well run. From time we checked in things went smoothly and every request from the room was taken seriously and responded to at once. Check out was delayed by some unwarranted time. Took almost 20 min from the time we came out from our room though we checked out at the same time we had informed them prevous day. So not sure why so much delay even if they wanted to check the rooms. Most hotels take negligible time even if they wait for the room check as its merely a formality and all the bills ought to be ready. With the result our cab was made to wait for 20 min as it had came on time for airport drop! The pool service was lacking. The pool itself is strangely designed in depth . Its sloping sharply from 0.5m to 1.6m in a very narrow distance so felt odd . Also there were no pools handles to hold on to walking in and out of it. So getting in and out was very challenging. Especially so for those with accessibility issues and for senior citizens. Not to mention dangerous as well as the risk of slipping is high. Also the pool deck area has no accessibility slope so had steps or was one really high height to access . Other than that the pool was lovely and very relaxing as it was exquisetely set admist a lotus water garden of pink and white giant lotuses. The whole resort garden was beautifully maintained. Pool service itself was poor. Nobody to get the towels or clear the dirty ones off the loungers. Nor was there any proper service. Every time I would have to go over all the way up to the pool bar and cafe and ask for a menu or for somebody to come and take an order. At times I had to stand for a really long time at the pool deck and look for somebody to come attend or catch an attendants attention. The showers were in a really odd far off place and in a closed off room so had to walk all the way there which entailed a lot of steps again. It would have been easy if there were an open shower by the pool area. The resort itself is very serene and calm and right by the river. The location is sublime and you can enjoy the beatitude and calm that envelops the place naturally. I really was looking forward to enjoying the balcony. But it was ruined by nightfall as it has a big light that comes on automatically. So we cannot enjoy it the way we like. Ideally I like to sit at dusk and enjoy the birds and the fading light. Location is in the center, for western food (dino pizza, pizza hut) easy just walk 5-10 minutes. The hotel looks old, but very clean and the staffs are friendly,always smile even if they don't speak english, and helpful (just use google to translate what you need). Y The room is spacios, light a bit dimmed, working AC, hot water, fan, fridge. The house is located in relatively quiet area but very central.
