Cancun的Hyatt Ziva是我會無限次去的酒店之一。第一、酒店內部有2棟樓，僅成人入住的高層樓配有頂樓無邊泳池，大堂入口需要刷的門禁卡，私密性好。家庭房可帶小童入住又分兩種房，海豚房和海景房，到酒店前台升級了1晚海豚房（加100美金），落地玻璃門推開就是海豚區域，一共有六條海豚，可以和海豚拍照，小朋友可以獨立拍照的100美金，需要成人陪着進水池的200美金2個人30分鐘，值得體驗。我個人覺得還是海景房好，推開大落地玻璃門就是一望無際的果凍海，也比海豚房安靜，海豚區域隨時都可以過去看海豚，所以海豚房的意義不大。第二、酒店的八大餐廳都去吃了一遍，早餐都是在自助餐風味的餐廳裏吃的，品種豐富，可滿足各個國家人的口味，最推薦的就是意大利餐廳、法國餐廳，是點菜的方式。還有酒店配有無限量暢吃的甜品屋（中午12：00～晚上9：00），蛋糕甜品都是我強烈推薦去品嚐的，奶油做的特別好，不甜不膩，不像美國的蛋糕齁齁齁甜～第三、強烈推薦海邊小屋，早9～晚6，配有點餐、酒水、椰子、按摩的服務，一天150美金。第四、帶孩子的家長一定要把送到Kidz club，圖十二配圖為裏面的活動，裏面配有6位老師，都是非常非常nice的女生，熱情對孩子們超級有愛，我的女兒每天都要去。活動也特別豐富，串手串、手繪帽子、製作相框、海邊挖沙子、卡丁車比賽等等，帶娃的家長可解放雙手。第五、酒店的服務人員態度非常好，1、5、10美元的錢多帶一些用於吃飯給各個餐廳的廚師及服務人員。酒店的亞洲餐廳有鐵板燒是需要預約的，可通過管家預約。第六、喜歡喝酒的朋友們可盡情的享受一下，酒店的酒吧從早上開到晚上11點，最好給調酒師一些小費這樣你喝到的調酒酒精含量會好一些，否則喝起來像果汁🤭 第七、酒店外面步行5分鐘就是當地的超市，購買紀念品可以去超市買，價格比較便宜，一定不要去步行街購買紀念品，價格是超市價格的10倍。有些遺憾的是我們這次沒有匹配到管家，因為每個房間都配有私人管家，會講中文的管家在我們入住的一週裏面沒有上班。因為刷到管家會送房間裏紅酒，每個房間都配有服務的ipad，點餐大概40分鐘後送到，服務特別周到。無論是親子入住還是情侶入住這家酒店是必去之處，強烈推薦。

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights . Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good . Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect . Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good .

This is the best place I ever been. Place is beautiful, a very classic hotel, furniture, art pieces, decoration, everything very good quality and outstanding. Amenities, Food, drinks and location is a A+. I have nothing to say about, I am very impressed and still am, it will take me a while to find a place to be as good as this one. Now I want to talk about their services. I don’t know if it’s their training or if it’s the Mexican people, but I received from each and everyone the best services I ever had. No words to discutível how I felt about it. I just want to say thank you to all of you works at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach, you all made my vacation awesome and I had the time of my life.

Sukar untuk membayangkan bahawa hotel mewah seperti itu mempunyai buah yang sangat sedikit. Jus pada dasarnya tertumpu dan disediakan, yang tidak begitu sihat. Minumannya agak rendah, dan bahan-bahannya tidak menakjubkan. Rasai perkhidmatan untuk seisi keluarga merangkumi semua. 非常不錯的酒店，在坎昆選擇全包酒店絕對是高性價比之選，因為坎昆遊客區餐廳吃飯的價格跟美國價格是差不多的。這家酒店有好幾家餐廳可以選擇，我住了四天基本上還沒有吃膩。

Location not bad, close to places around hotel zone. Food was ok, nothing special though, breakfast was better than dinner. People nice, willing to assist. Parking helps a lot. Room very humid, clothes were kind of smelling after one day from all the moisture. The window has no view, looking at some wall or sth. Really I don’t know how someone gets a good room when they book-is it magic needed?

The experience was greatly diminished when the hotel charged $150.00 for the room and key deposits. That was almost equal to the price of my entire stay. This should have been listed in the hotel description. Only stating that additional charges may be charged does not warn of the excessive charge I received. In addition, I am still fighting with them to get part of the deposit back. I travel frequently and this charge was definitely more than most hotels. And obviously, if complaints are not lodged, the deposits are not returned.

Fantastic property in terms of commons areas. The rooms are pretty outdated and have an adjoining room which feels very unsafe. The pool and beach and breakfast is very good. If I was to give rating in terms of rooms no more than 3 star common areas are a 5 out of 5.

We had an amazing time at this resort. My wife and I were blown away at the exceptional service we received from the staff at this resort. It is not possible to name everybody personally but the guys at the Café Mexico were incredibly nice, specifically Roberto, Stephanie and Hector. The waiters, servers, room service, bartenders, people at the check in/out counter, literally everybody made this trip even more special for us. We highly recommend this place. We only left once to go jet skiing but spent the rest of our time at the resort, we just really loved the service we received here.

Setiap sarapan pagi, anda boleh melihat kakitangan membersihkan dan membasmi kuman di kerusi pantai. Berhati-hati semasa wabak~ Tiada apa yang boleh dikatakan tentang persekitaran luaran, dan bahagian dalam bilik itu sudah lama. Restoran yang merangkumi semua ini mempunyai makanan Perancis, makanan Itali dan makanan Mexico. Bahan-bahan, sayur-sayuran tidak segar, bahagian daging tidak terbaik, rasa, perut cina tidak tahan selepas dua hari... Yang suka western food sila abaikan~

J’ai été 3 nuits,j avais reservé pour une chamble avec vue de me, balcon et ils m ont donné une chambre avec deux lits séparés et vue sur un mûr sans rien et à la reception ça aide pas trop,mais les personnels du resto sont très attentifs,très serviables et les femmes de ménages bravoooo, J reviendrais en février en espérant avoir la chambre que j’ai payé pour, sinon bravo à toute l’équipe!!!! Merciii !!!
