The hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

Beach access and quality were very good. Water was clear. Geography shielded this area, reducing the size of the waves driven by prevailing winds. The Palapa restaurant had good quality and variety.
Prices have increased by far more than the change in exchange rate. The buffet breakfast was especially expensive at $35 USD per person.

Stay at this hotel was one of the most amazing and yet it left more to be desired. I’ll explain why.
The amenities outside the hotel room were very good. The pool, the access to the beach etc were really good for the price. So it was nice.
The room itself was a mixed bag. We got a big room with a large terrace and kitchen. It was all good but the room was old and not up to the modern standard that you find in other hotels or villas. The bathroom and toilet was not up to the standard. The toilet seemed claustrophobic and the bathroom sliding glass was out of its clamp so it could’ve come off anytime. Then we should talk about a lot of stuff not working from telephone to coffee maker etc. It seems that they do not properly prep the rooms. However, the better thing is that they’re extremely prompt and helpful to service or fix things. The service folks were extremely helpful and responsive.
Another really scammy thing is how a few marketing folks will persuade you to come to a free breakfast. I gave my details but didn’t end up going after reading similar bad reviews about it. Don’t fall for it. I wonder why this weird practice still goes on.
Okay all this aside, it’s still a wonderful place and I would love to be back for a reasonable room price. I just hope they update and modernize their rooms and it’ll be an amazing hotel.

Perfect vacation spot for families! The suite was clean, had everything we needed in its kitchen for a long stay, the pool and ocean were beautiful. I don’t usually eat at the hotel restaurant, but the meals were unique and delicious. The service there was excellent!

The property is good. It has nearby shopping complex at walking distance. In the opposite lane circle K is there which can be helpful to buy last minute groceries and other stuff. Private beach of property is also present.
The staff is very courteous.
The only thing we miss is the veg food. It doesn't have much option but you can cook or try pizza. They can work on including some more veg dishes.
