如果你看到評論，先把墨西哥餐廳訂了。bistro很難吃別訂，還不如自助餐好吃，雖然buffet晚上不咋樣。酒店活動很多晚上留意一下就可以。泳池晚上不開放。 能訂coral就訂coral （另一棟直麪大海的樓，都在這個酒店裡，專屬海灘專屬躺椅/床，專屬游泳池專註自助餐）
原文：浪費了一整天來更換房間。訂的kingsize，沒房給了double queen。第一天說第二天能換，第二天說第三天下午3:00能換，3:00pm到了說最早4:00pm可以換。前台登記緩慢，比加拿大還慢。房間內就是三星的設施老舊，馬桶壞的，兩個檯燈和三個牆插都是壞的———衹有一個燈能用，浴缸底部裂開生鏽。門和房頂不隔音，從早上6點到11點一直有噪音。自助餐廳兩個衹開放一個。電梯三個有一個壞了，本身就很慢而且不是聯動的，現在就更慢，走樓梯更快。谷歌評價虛高被騙了hh
好了，這是換完房間之後：廁所燈光亮度是之前的四分之一，排風扇不能使用。所有的房間隔音都很差，清晨樓上拖動行李的聲音，上午樓道裏收拾衛生和拖拽傢具的噪音，房間地麪是瓷磚的確實會吵，想睡懶覺就帶耳塞吧。樓層高的好處：視野更好，聽不到外麪泳池的音響，樓道裏的人也更少噪音也更少。電梯需要等很久。樓層低的直接走樓梯就能下樓，但是會很吵，關上所有的門，樓道裏的聲音會更明顯，不得不說陽台門隔音還是可以。
吃的小紅書上有腹瀉發燒，我們除了飲料都是喝礦泉水，沒啥問題。不過確實注水包括酒精飲料。
自帶口罩，酒店沒有為客人準備口罩。
Wasted a whole day to change rooms. I ordered kingsize, the front desk said that there is no kingsize room now, so gave me a double queen. On the first night, they said they could change it the next day, on the second day they said they could change it at 3:00 pm on the third day, and when it arrived at 3:00 pm, they said it could be changed as early as 4:00 pm. Nothing guarantees you here, this is Mexico. Front desk registration is slow, slower than Canada. The room was 3 star old, the toilet was broken (like a fire alarm), the two lamps and three wall plugs were broken - only one light worked, the bottom of the bathtub was cracked and rusted. Doors and roof are not soundproofed and there is constant noise from 6am to 11am. Only one of the two buffet is open. One of the three elevators stopped running. It was very slow. Now it is super slow. It is faster to take the stairs. This is a ”Mexican 5 star” hotel with poor interior maintenance. Don't trust Google ratings.

We arrived on the 1st, it was their official opening day, the 1st 2 days were exceptional, service, food , staff, drinks, amenities and activities were great. Unfortunately minor inconveniences started on our 3rd day, house keeping didn't replace a few toiletries, they started cleaning later than expected (most likely due to the influx of guests) food quality while still good was as great as the opening, I'd honestly give them a next try as the staff were THE HIGHLIGHT of our stay along with our room.

We love this hotel and especially thanking to the staff and Rocio Escovar for making our stay extra comfortable and feel us very welcome! Thanks to her we stayed twice longer than initially planned and later came back for two more nights .
Ocean is beautiful. Security is good , Argentinian restaurant food and service super good .
Small things we didn't like was that pool works only till 22:00 which is to us very short as we like to have a swim befor sleep and adults pool only could work till 12. Would be perfect .
Also kids in a pool for adults only - need to be more strict . All other was good .

酒店總體很不錯，貌似給我們升級了，我們應該是標準房，升級成了套房。需要預約的餐廳餐食總體很不錯。特別是white box，有幾道菜很好吃。然後一個創意餐廳也很好吃，很像fine dining，很多很多小小的創意菜端上來 還有人介紹，甚至特地為了我把蘑菇換成了別的蔬菜（我不喜歡蘑菇）。男生的話需要穿長褲和有領的衣服去大部分餐廳，女生穿啥都行。room service我們的房型也是免費的。mini bar裏飲料零食應有盡有無所不有。總體滿意，如果價格便宜還回去。注意的是，如果房型不是sian kan，好多東西（服務和餐廳）都要額外收費，所以差價不大的話，建議訂siankan，基本上酒店所有東西都免費了。

The location is good, supermarket and many restaurants are nearby, they also have a 24 hrs coffer shop, which is good for us to have a simple breakfast before we hang out in the early morning.
However, we have to bring our big suitcase to level 3 by staircase and the cleanness needs to improve.

Our experience started weak but ended stronger. This resort had customer service that was unresponsive, and unhelpful when we did reach them, prior to our arrival. While drinks are included, all I could drink were bottled beers or wine because the cocktails that any barista made were the worst I had tasted - mudslide, vodka soda, pinacolada, etc. all were terrible. Maybe they do this so guests don't order much alcohol? Waiters are a hit and miss, Marco Polo had a wonderful waiter who put on a show for us, while the Caribbean restaurant by the sea had a waiter who never once got our orders right, dozens of wrong orders or forgotten items in every sitting. Airport transport has many rules - for pickup, you must order 12-24 hours in advance, outside that window you're on your own. For dropoff, you must order the day before departure, can't pre-arrange 2 days in advance and you can't arrange the same day either, add some stress to your holiday. PPengguna Tetamu坎昆之旅事後感覺心累，萬豪的神奇操作出乎我的認知。第一晚訂的俱樂部91特大床房，第二晚續訂漲了1500，換到海景豪華特大床房：
1）訂的海景豪華特大床房，入住發現是雙床房，很潮濕。嫌麻煩就算了沒找前台換；
2）俱樂部91送個SPA，去預約時被告知僅僅是手，大概幾分鐘，沒有身體，空喜歡一場，手不要了；
3）退房時先退海景房，清單一拉連房費和各種税6行，全在賬單裏，還好自己能説點英語，多問了一句前台，説自己在攜程已經付款了除度假村費之外的其他費用，為啥還要付款？然後就是check；
4）再結俱樂部91賬款時，已付款的不在賬單裏了，卻又多出了mini bar的消費，那一天忙得其實衹喝了房間的2瓶免費水，然後又是check；
5）問酒店如果幫叫個出租到機場，要多少比索？回覆是700，剛好出門一個爺爺輩的出租車司機等客，一問是500，果斷上車。
6）退房時一件心愛的連衣裙忘在了房間，離開後發現忘了再致電酒店，都説沒看到，發誓這件連衣裙衹在酒店裡穿過，沒出過酒店大堂。問了一天了，還是説沒有，心還在疼。
回頭看一眼，不知這些是坑，還是巧合？
酒店前台、俱樂部91工作人員倒是很友善、設施環境、室外泳池、專享沙灘都還不錯。

DDrumjayI've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place.
Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway.
Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more.
Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more.
Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too.
Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down.
Tips and Notes
-its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room.
-tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well!
-in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action!
-bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool.
-bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it!
-2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out
-there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time.
-while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

RRayRefer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun
I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast.
The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube.
Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone.
There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper.
You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

PPengguna TetamuWhere do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

PPengguna TetamuThe experience was greatly diminished when the hotel charged $150.00 for the room and key deposits. That was almost equal to the price of my entire stay. This should have been listed in the hotel description. Only stating that additional charges may be charged does not warn of the excessive charge I received. In addition, I am still fighting with them to get part of the deposit back. I travel frequently and this charge was definitely more than most hotels. And obviously, if complaints are not lodged, the deposits are not returned.

BBrianThe hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure.
The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of.
*** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports.
I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive.
Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering.
FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell.
Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped.
Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

PPengguna TetamuHotel in general a bit old and misses a lot of facilities, like pool bar, restaurant. Nice swimming pool area with lounge beds and infinity pool overlooking the sea.
Regarding the rooms it was really good, very spacious, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Only thing to point was the windows should be changed cause they are old and could hear the wind all night and also please put some blackout curtains, I had to sleep with eye mask cause of all the light coming inside the room in the morning.
In general for 2 nights was pretty good for money

PPengguna TetamuThe accommodations at All Ritmo were exceptional! The desk staff was efficient, friendly, and answered all questions in detail. The dining staff - waiters and servers also were cordial and ensured that everything necessary for a fantastic experience was provided. The same with the pool bar staff.... very friendly and accommodating. The desk staff arranged transportation several times - it was on time and the drivers were cordial. I am recommending that my family and friends also choose All Ritmo when they travel to Cancun. My son and I thank the staff of All Ritmo for a wonderful holiday.
