The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

Refer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast. The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube. Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone. There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper. You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

It was my worst experience in a resort. Worst employee reception, terrible service, really bad infrastructure maintenance, worst guest service experience. The cost may be a little lower than other resorts, but the savings are not worthwhile since it may ruin your vacation time there. Pictures from the site are edited and do not represent the reality. I strongly recommend you to choose another option. If you want more details: - We had 4 rooms - 3 of them had water clogging in the shower, 2 of them we needed to change during the week (1 due to water link problems, other because the door did not open). - For the room that did not open the door, it was 10PM, we went downstairs asking for help 4 times, and their attitude was always that it was our problem. We then asked someone to go with us (at 4th time), and they finally realized that it was a problem with the door. They sent maintenance that arrived asking for a key with no clue about what was happening. We asked guest service support and their attitude again was that it was our problem and they were doing a for us. They finally decided to give another room for us, and when we asked for additional keys for the new room, they said we needed to go downstairs to get it, they could not get it for us. Everything with the worst attitude from them. - The following day, they called us to say that we had a ”FREE” reservation as a ”GIFT” due to our inconvenience - small detail: the FREE reservation was in a restaurant that was already included on the all inclusive resort, which means it was already FREE - so what exactly was the gift for the inconvenience?? - The air conditioner at lobby or restaurants does not work properly, and you continue to feel the warm and humidity from outside. Unless you stay closed in your room, you don´t have any other place to enjoy a little cool temperature. - There was just one elevator working, for thousands of guests - Restaurants had huge lines every night and the food was always the same - One night, we had a reservation to one of the restaurants. They brought a beer that was completely warm and without ANY GAS. It was TERRIBLE. We asked to change, and they brought another one that was exactly the same. And got upset because we complained that the beer was not cold and had not sparkling. - The bathrooms are the smallest that I had ever seen. Now I understand why there is no picture from the bathroom at the site. - The receptionists were all in bad moon to attend you, ALWAYS. If you expect a smile from any employee there, you are at the wrong place. - When we went for check out, the receptionist was SLEEPING, with the cell phone playing a movie. He never asked if we enjoyed our stay, he never said the common words that you at least expect: have safe flights, hope you had enjoyed... kind of minimum from a hotel, don´t wait for this at Oasis. - If you need any additional support, don´t wait it from Oasis. Не дивлячесь на те що не ає дороги до готелю - сам готель і пляж з осблуговуванням бомба! Дуже вразило що до берега припливають черепахи щоб гніздитись і можете потрапити на маленьких черепашат з ранку - дуже мило! Їжа в закладі також крута! Дуже спокійний відпочинок для тих хто хоче поовести відпочинок в готелі біля пляжу й не виїздити до міста, тут все для того є. Персонал не пристає не чіпляється ніхто не просить кожні дві секунди чайові і ніяких галасливих шоу програм, хоча це про шоу можно віжнести напевно до мінусів, бо інколи не вистачає трохи розваг, але в цілому все сподобалось! З мінусів не вистачає магазинчика щоб купити якісь банальні речі, особливо жіночу гігієну, або елементарні пластери, сонце захисні креми.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay from the moment I arrived with private concierge check in and services. Special dinners in the White Room and excellent service by both Luis’, the host and the chef who provided my companion and I with a truly memorable meal experience in comfortable and quiet surroundings. Beautiful beach and views, will highly recommend. Good value as well!
