該酒店基本上都是雙人床。我訂的大床房，但客房滿了，就給我安排了雙人房。酒店附近沒有餐廳和超市，需要走個幾百米。酒店的自助餐和飯還蠻貴的。唯一的好處是住的舒服安全。

Rasanya dapat menggunakan ruang makan 24 jam, dan terdapat spa dengan beberapa kolam renang dan makanannya enak.

Worst view I’ve had from my balcony-just white brick wall! Bathroom stunk of sewerage so bad one day could really use it. Had to get up 730am to get a sunbed and still very few left then!!! Not enough beds round pool area. Very packed and loud on the evenings and just karaoke and disco after 10pm! Not worth the money I paid

酒店內部很老舊 千萬別訂 非得訂住幾天就行 你會後悔的 看看Google評論不要相信評分 如果你看到評論，先把墨西哥餐廳訂了。bistro很難吃別訂，還不如自助餐好吃，雖然buffet晚上不咋樣。酒店活動很多晚上留意一下就可以。泳池晚上不開放。 能訂coral就訂coral （另一棟直麪大海的樓，都在這個酒店裡，專屬海灘專屬躺椅/床，專屬游泳池專註自助餐） 原文：浪費了一整天來更換房間。訂的kingsize，沒房給了double queen。第一天說第二天能換，第二天說第三天下午3:00能換，3:00pm到了說最早4:00pm可以換。前台登記緩慢，比加拿大還慢。房間內就是三星的設施老舊，馬桶壞的，兩個檯燈和三個牆插都是壞的———衹有一個燈能用，浴缸底部裂開生鏽。門和房頂不隔音，從早上6點到11點一直有噪音。自助餐廳兩個衹開放一個。電梯三個有一個壞了，本身就很慢而且不是聯動的，現在就更慢，走樓梯更快。谷歌評價虛高被騙了hh 好了，這是換完房間之後：廁所燈光亮度是之前的四分之一，排風扇不能使用。所有的房間隔音都很差，清晨樓上拖動行李的聲音，上午樓道裏收拾衛生和拖拽傢具的噪音，房間地麪是瓷磚的確實會吵，想睡懶覺就帶耳塞吧。樓層高的好處：視野更好，聽不到外麪泳池的音響，樓道裏的人也更少噪音也更少。電梯需要等很久。樓層低的直接走樓梯就能下樓，但是會很吵，關上所有的門，樓道裏的聲音會更明顯，不得不說陽台門隔音還是可以。 吃的小紅書上有腹瀉發燒，我們除了飲料都是喝礦泉水，沒啥問題。不過確實注水包括酒精飲料。 自帶口罩，酒店沒有為客人準備口罩。 Wasted a whole day to change rooms. I ordered kingsize, the front desk said that there is no kingsize room now, so gave me a double queen. On the first night, they said they could change it the next day, on the second day they said they could change it at 3:00 pm on the third day, and when it arrived at 3:00 pm, they said it could be changed as early as 4:00 pm. Nothing guarantees you here, this is Mexico. Front desk registration is slow, slower than Canada. The room was 3 star old, the toilet was broken (like a fire alarm), the two lamps and three wall plugs were broken - only one light worked, the bottom of the bathtub was cracked and rusted. Doors and roof are not soundproofed and there is constant noise from 6am to 11am. Only one of the two buffet is open. One of the three elevators stopped running. It was very slow. Now it is super slow. It is faster to take the stairs. This is a ”Mexican 5 star” hotel with poor interior maintenance. Don't trust Google ratings.

The experience was greatly diminished when the hotel charged $150.00 for the room and key deposits. That was almost equal to the price of my entire stay. This should have been listed in the hotel description. Only stating that additional charges may be charged does not warn of the excessive charge I received. In addition, I am still fighting with them to get part of the deposit back. I travel frequently and this charge was definitely more than most hotels. And obviously, if complaints are not lodged, the deposits are not returned.

Nice and vibrant hostel/hotel, we opted in for private room for two. About 5 minutes walk from Bus Station. We stayed there for one night when we flew to Cancun, and had bus to Valladoid next morning. We didn't have breakfast with our rate, but we ended up eating there in the morning anyway, as it was convenient. We didn't regret it. Breakfast bar is nicely located by the pool, you get the Mexican vibe, staff welcoming and helpful. Nice menu choice. Paid 435 pesos for two people for a couple of things as we were hungry and thirsty. Hotel is nicely decorated, nice crowd (they have cowork space there), friendly and welcoming staff. If I had any wishes: shower with nicer water pressure but this doesn't affect me rating this place as 5!

Fantastic property in terms of commons areas. The rooms are pretty outdated and have an adjoining room which feels very unsafe. The pool and beach and breakfast is very good. If I was to give rating in terms of rooms no more than 3 star common areas are a 5 out of 5.

First time staying at this property. I must say I was surprised how close was to different places. First, at front desk employees were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Employees cleaning the rooms as always working hard and always willing to help. Room was clean and did not have any problems. Close to hotel you can walk to Plaza de las Americas and opposite way go to Costco. Past la Plaza there is a view of lagoon where you can run/ walk and get some exercise early in the morning. At lobby you can talk to a lady about any tours. They have tons of places to go. If you want to go into town, you can get a taxi which is more expensive. If you feel adventurous, you can take a local bus which it would cost 10 pesos vs 300 in taxi. Another way is UBER which I took many times. Overall, a great experience being at this hotel. I walked and run around this property so I learned about restaurants and things to see and do, e-mail me for any questions. Otherwise, enjoy your time in beau Cancún.
