We have been to multiple countries and multiple hotels but the quality of service in this hotel is by far the best we have received. The staff here is always on their toes to help you and make you feel comfortable in anyway possible. And they do it not because it's their duty but they genuinely want to help. The level of motivation these people possible is unmatched. The property boasts a clean and sparkling pool with a garden besides having plush green grass. Hosts a kids playroom with ample option of toys. This property does not charge extra for a roll away bed, but the bed is provided based on availability. They are still open to provide an extra mattress or a baby crib. The house keeping head Azam checked with us everyday if we need anything. Dilip made a cute towel doll after making our room sparkling clean. The front desk made sure to call each day and check if we are facing any issue and if we need anything else. The property is well maintained with all the amenities. While booking I was skeptical of the washroom size. But after reaching the property I found it to be of good size. They provide a balcony to every room with a sit out table and chairs. Also provide a drying rack. Their balcony doors come with sensors which switches off the AC if kept open, which is quite practical and environment friendly. We checked in early around 12.30 and sabena helped us get a room within 10 mins. They also provided a welcome drink. Chaitanya the restaurant head made sure my baby is fed. You can ask for parathas, pancakes and anything else for your baby and they will help you. We stayed for 4 nights and we loved everything about the hotel. We had a couple of power cuts for few seconds each. We travelled with 2 kids, including one infant. Its day 2 for us and could not help putting a review. We are having a comfortable stay and highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in suite room in this hotel which was extremely luxurious and comfortable. Mr.Ambarish took care of us very nicely, I have been to this hotel almost 4 times in the past year, and this time Mr.Ambarish and his staff were so courteous that we felt as if we were staying at our home, as he would regular check if or not we were confortable. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel, when in Goa due to very polite and courteous staff and beautiful stay.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Novotel Goa. The staff, in particular, made the stay even more special. Nisha Doley and Eva, among others, were incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to the entire experience. The property itself is beautiful, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend Novotel Goa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. Thank you Taj for the amazing service and hospitality. See you soon.

Visited Taj fort aguada papermoon restaurant for dinner on 7th oct, service of the staff is amazing, High standards, perfect at all points of service! Special thanks to Mr. Milton, Moses and Andrew for thier mesmerising service. We were overwhelmed to recieve this type of treatment from the staff. Mr. Shantiraj prepared served us refreshing mocktails and made sure everything was alright with the service at the table as well as his service was the best!. We had delicious pizza, pastas and top notch tiramisu! Would love to return soon for the lovely service as well as delicious food. Keep up the good work guys! You'll are the best!

Checked into GT for a week on business. Enjoyed the place so much stayed back for an extra 2 days. Spent around 1 week here and the hospitality of this place is top notch. Everyone is very polite and always ready to lend a helping hand. Alisha is a very pleasant person to hold a conversation with she's extremely sweet. Will definitely make this my regular stay at Goa.
