Hotel berhampiran Ganzhou West Railway Station, Cangzhou

因為小老二衹有八個月 所以我們開車來了小紅書上的新網紅城市滄州 很早以前就定了房間 還挺好的 房間挺大的 設備齊全。。有好多個枕頭可以讓我圍住小老二睡覺不掉下去。。 我們住在11層 服務員大姐極為熱情 第二天出門就給就礦泉水 小零食 特別優秀！！！雖然我不知道您的名字 但是特別需要表揚您！！！ 酒店有一個巨大的停車場 無論幾點回來都不用擔心沒有車位 對面就是獅城廣場 站在樓道里可以看到獅子 非常好 酒店有好幾個餐廳 撈粵是港式茶餐廳+融合菜 去了兩次 挺好的 工作人員都非常熱情 及時上菜很慢也可以理解 畢竟5.2那天有五個婚宴 大眾上有團購券 91代100 一餐可以用兩張 疙瘩湯實在太好喝。。 自助餐廳也不錯 住酒店客人169 孩子是99 我爸媽70歲+也是99 各式菜餚齊全 就是海鮮不限量 像我們家這樣文靜的其實很難拿到😂😂但是不得不説工作人員也是收盤子特別迅速 補菜品也很快 早餐就更不用説了 我看銷售部和安保部都出來工作人員幫忙煎蛋收拾餐桌了 這點真的很優秀！！總體感覺 這家酒店訓練有素 工作人員都極為熱情 有歡迎水果 還有每天四瓶礦泉水！ 唯一的bug就是入住時間真的有點久 不過前台那個大眼睛的年輕女孩兒真的很努力幫我們換房 點贊（可能姓井 如果搞錯了非常抱歉了） 作為也是旅遊業同行的我非常想建議 節假日別14點退房了 打掃房間都大姐壓力很大 前台更是壓力很大。。我感覺有些顧客已經要罵人了。。 平時可以把14點退房作為賣點 但是小長假真的沒必要了。。 非常感謝入住期間所有工作人員的幫助 都非常贊！！你們的微笑彌補了酒店的小瑕疵 我們全家都很開心 謝謝啦

Dalam kes ini, ia adalah sangat mudah untuk anda untuk pergi mana-mana. Saya mempunyai sebuah rumah teh sebelah saya untuk minum teh. The hotel location is excellent, the breakfast is good, a lot of variety, especially the hotel lobby manager Amy' service was professional. She was very supportive and responsive. Her English is good and her response was very fast. Overall a good experience and would love to visit again.

Cangzhou is the 6th stop of our business trip. When choosing a hotel in Cangzhou, we read a lot of hotel-related reviews on Ctrip and other platforms, and finally chose Tianyue Hotel. The location of the hotel is very close to Nanchuan Lou, just a few minutes walk away. It is very convenient for dining, shopping, recreation and going to various attractions. Hotel amenities and staff are excellent , warm greetings by staff , always pay attention to the needs of guests , clothes washing service, shoe cleaning service and many more you just need to ask staff they will help you earliest . The toilet and bathroom are also separate, dry and wet , very convenient. The second day's breakfast is really very rich, a combination of Chinese and Western, Chinese food also combines a lot of local characteristics, sheep intestine soup is very authentic! All kinds of pasta are also very delicious, there are many types of western food, all kinds of small bread, small dessert, yogurt, etc., the restaurant staff is also very warm, very positive and timely to help clean up the tableware, next time come to Cangzhou to play, will certainly choose this hotel!

設施：無論是床品的舒適度，還是房間的軟硬件配置，都已經達到了五星級的品質及標準。 衞生：房間和公共區域都非常整潔乾淨，讓我這個強迫症患者都很滿意。 環境：酒店處在園博園的大範圍內，園內有一些創意設施值得逛一逛。因為在大的園子裏面，所以環境優美且安靜！典型的鬧中取靜！ 服務：酒店的服務員熱情禮貌。因為訂房間時分開預訂的，前台小姐姐特意幫忙把兩個房間安排在一起。房間裏送了飲料、咖啡和水果。退房時，王昱小姐姐還給我們做了咖啡，小哥哥給我們帶了很多小餅乾讓我們路上吃。PS.咖啡是皮爺的喲，品質不輸北京各大連鎖。 總之是一次超出預期的駐店體驗，滄州遊也給了我們很多意外驚喜！一定會再來的！

有優點有缺點吧，説幾句。優點是整體設施好，房間面積大、裝修不錯、乾淨；服務態度好，入住前就有工作人員留下微信以便隨時聯繫，打掃衞生的阿姨很親切，因為大雨開車出門導致車前面的擋泥板鬆了，大廳一位姑娘和保安小哥很熱情地幫助解決；一樓早餐餐廳的帥哥也很nice，體諒孩子起的晚沒趕上早飯，讓打包了早飯帶回房間，很温暖。不足的地方是距離還在運行的化工廠太近，不知道是因為窗户正對還是什麼，可以聞到化學品的怪味道，特別是開着窗户時格外明顯，所以衹能關上窗户再把厚窗簾拉上，我覺得這點是最大的問題，另外就是下午茶自助，連個小點心都沒有，這點還不如我做SPA的地方好歹還有個銀耳羹和熱蛋撻，房間裏面給了6瓶白水，能適當換兩個軟飲更好，這些小問題如果能改進一下體驗感就更好了。總體，空氣污染問題如果能解決，就非常棒了

The location was not good very far from city centre and also overly priced. The hotel is also not foreigner friendly there was no one who could speak english so If you’re a foreigner you have to struggle alot.
