We had a great experience at Pocaterra Inn, the rooms were clean, the view was really nice and the staff was amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Canmore or Banff.

Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay!

家庭旅館式的酒店，感受到酒店沒有的那種隨意性。客廳也是餐廳，晚上可以自助喝茶咖啡，還可以烤麪包，有熱水壺，對中國人習慣很重要😀

Bathroom is smelly. Facilities are old. Breakfast is cheap at Five Canadian Dollars but no eggs nor meats. You should not expect much for such a budget price. Will be perfect if front desk staff can have more knowledge on choices of sightseeing activities.

前台的職員不太友善，面口不太好。（個別職員！） 設施方面都多種類，不錯。 Check in 時間太遲，下午4:00, 而Check out 時間太早，上午11:00, 以價錢來說，不太值。 我住的房間是2樓，近泳池一排，每日都聽到樓上住客行路聲，不知道上層是不是沒有鋪地氈，隔音不好！
