Ulasan Rundle Mountain Lodge

房間乾淨整潔，帶廚房的套房會大一點，四個人入住沒什麼問題。雖然離班夫小鎮遠了點，但房價比班夫便宜很多，開車到景點都比較方便，晚上還可以來個野火晚會，是酒店提供的燒柴火爐，酒店還有一個小温水游泳池，很適合孩子在這裏玩水，是不錯的木屋酒店。

酒店比較老舊，可能是因為旅遊旺季，酒店價格較貴。

I have never felt compelled to write such a negative review, but my experience at Rundle Mountain Lodge was truly appalling and people deserve to be warned. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The duvet was stained and ripped with no duvet cover on, and the floor was littered with fingernails from previous guests, surrounded by dust and dirt, clearly indicating it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped. The bedside tables had dried bits of salad on them, and to top it off, there were sticky drink stains inside the bedside lamp shade—absolutely revolting. The bathroom had fruit flies, accompanied by a foul drain smell, and there was no toilet roll provided. Most horrifying of all, I found insects crawling in the bed, resembling earwigs. No insect should ever be crawling in a bed—this is completely unacceptable. I complained twice to reception, only to be met with dismissive staff who lacked basic interpersonal skills. There was no apology, just excuses. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they were unavailable and uncontactable, and that no one else could assist. The next day at checkout, the manager finally appeared. While she did offer a one-night refund, she proceeded to challenge me rudely about my claim regarding bugs in the bed. I never said “bed bugs”—I said bugs/insects, and that should have been enough. She even went so far as to threaten that if they brought in an exterminator and no bugs were found, I would be charged for the cost. Her customer service was appalling, passive-aggressive, and frankly, I’ve never been spoken to like that before. Her attitude flipped when another guest entered reception—she became cheery and polite, only to turn back to me and sarcastically ask, “How was my customer service then?” It was a performance, not professionalism. When processing the refund, she threw the card machine across the desk to me—completely inappropriate and uncalled for. She also claimed my description of the room as “disgusting” was an exaggeration. It was not. It was accurate. No one should ever stay here. This place is a health hazard, and the staff’s attitude makes it even worse. Spend your money elsewhere—anywhere else would be better.

This hotel may have been the least expensive in the area but it was more than twice as much as we have paid for any hotel room at which we have stayed in the 2 weeks that we have been traveling across Canada. It was half the size of a standard hotel room. It was so small that there was barely enough room to walk around. There was no closet nor anywhere to hang clothes. The shower head barely functioned and when it did the water temperature varied from hot to cold and back again. No breakfast was included in the outrageous price. On the plus side, it's 20 minutes from Banff, there was a swimming pool, a hot tub and a guest laundry. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Terrific location , the room was clean and the weekend event was very well done. This is one of the last reasonably priced accommodations left in Canmore. Nice to know we aren’t price out of enjoying this wonderful mountain destination yet. Dawn and her staff are helpful and friendly. Just a short walk to a breakfast/lunch place.

Well you don't 'get what you pay for' here. Although we were trying to save $$ on our 8 day trip to the Rockies, my family having come from Australia to visit here for the first time was costly enough so we thought this place would do. The cabin we had was VERY dark, even with all the lights on. There was no bathroom fan, the carpets were stained and the place is in dire need of updating. The staff were not friendly and the price is really double what it should be for such poor accommodations.

We stayed in a Queen Cabin room which after looking at the photos online and then seeing the room in person............the photagrapher deserves an award. The ol' silk purse turned into a sow's ear story. Very very small, the bathroom is quite rough. Window frame was quite battered. Overall for the price of this room it definitely isn't worth it. Spend a bit more and actually have a place to put your suitcase! When you look at rooms on their site it says they have a hot tub but they don't. The pool was nice though.

From the unprofessional front desk people hollering to the manager that someone's here to the dark room with kitchenette, this place is a good setting for a horror movie. Everything was surface clean but the carpets could have used a really good vacuuming and shampooing. I understand that guests stay there in the winter and it gets a little dirty but when do they spring clean? Trying to open a window to let fresh air but the screens are covered with bugs and dirt. Opening the drapes and had to wash my hands. The counters were clean as were the cupboards. But everything had a grubby look and feel. Considering how much they charged, it is very overpriced. Best things I can say is that the sheets seemed to be clean and there were no bed bugs. The staff wasn't rude but not very professional. Would NOT recommend.

The worst experience. This facility is old,filthy room, musty and overloaded with air fresheners. Service was ok but unsanitary bathroom. Possibly the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. For the price it was horrible and disappointing.

Room was nice and it was a pleasant surprise that we were given a bottle of wine on our arrival. Quiet in the room we were and felt at home. We are from out of province and did not have our phones as we expected the use of a phone at the vacation lodge as it has been the norm for use at every other place we stayed. While there was a phone in the room and it was labeled on how to make calls including toll free numbers, we were unable to make calls when we were victims of the Westjet strike. We called the front desk but were told that we couldn't make calls to a toll free number and they could not help us. As a vacation lodge they fell short on doing what you could to help us other than saying "sorry we can't help". We have stayed at places that specifically stated on their website that there are no phones in the rooms because it is industry norm to have phones in the rooms. While we stayed at the phoneless vacation accommodations there was always a phone made available to guests should the need arise.

Location and price was great. What stood out with this experience is the manager, she is so welcoming and went over and above to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were clean with a rustic charm. I loved the firepit area and the overall vibe of the lodge 🩷

Awful! The wall in the room had drink splatters on it. The windows were all broken. There was a microwave, coffee machine and fridge but no plates, mugs or any cutlery! All light fittings were loose. For the money we paid we were gutted! We left a day early because of this. This place is in a good location and it would be great but it needs a complete overhaul. I think we were ripped off. Doesn’t reflect the website at all!! Having said that, one of the staff members was lovely. Did not see the owners.
