The front desk was helpful and solved customer queries efficiently. The room was comfortable and clean. I slept well and had warm bath here. It's a great time to stay here.

We booked this mostly as it included breakfast, the picture shows a continental breakfast area in the kitchen, however, you have to go to reception to get a basket and have no choice in what you get. I have allergies so couldn’t eat most of it so gave it to my partner. The rest of the hotel is great just let down slightly by breakfast

The place is okay and comfy but the location on near railway its not that ideal even though the scenery is very fantastic

We liked our room and had a great sleep. The breakfast was a let down, I wish we had known that it was a grab and go paper bag.

Great modern hotel thats about 15 mins from town. Just wished there was daily room makeup and towel change. Also there is Lodge and Resort so check which one you booked. You check in online and they give you a code to get into the room. Breakfast is a takeaway bag. Hotel staff are nice and helpful. There's a small kitchen with coffee machine and microwave oven.

Easy check in, no key for the room but you use a pass code instead which was so great as i'm always forgetting my key!! I loved the view, right out on the train tracks! With being so close to the trains it does get noisy but they give complimentary ear plugs so its all good. Highly recommend and cant wait to stay again :)

The room was great, very big - we had the double king room which I thought was a typo in the description but no there was in fact two king sized beds in our room. There was still plenty of area for our two littles to move around, no feeling of being crammed in a hotel room. The only down side is we were set up at the back of the building which neighbours the train tracks. They are close to the building, quite busy and did make a lot of noise but there was no horns blown so the rushing noise just added to the white noise machine we had playing for the kids. Plus my daughter loved watching the train pass by every so often during the day so it really did not bother us too much ! Would stay again, and recommend to our friends and family :)

Beds are sooooo comfortable. Love the Rocky Mountain Soap Co. products in the bathroom. Breakfast basket was an added benefit we didn’t even realize was included. Perfect for our 1-night stay

3 meters from the active train rails. Terrible. Breakfast terrible. Let homeless eat those foods. Dont get fooled. Dont stay here.
