PPengguna TetamuThe room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!

KKseniia KoshevaiaI recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, a few details left me disappointed. The hotel is new and very clean, which was great to see, but unfortunately, it fell short in some areas.
One glaring issue was the table soccer in the game area – it had no balls, making it completely unusable. This might seem minor, but it’s frustrating when advertised amenities are incomplete. Additionally, many of the amenities felt incompatible or poorly thought out. Whether it was the plugs, chargers, or other facilities, things just didn’t work smoothly or as expected.
Overall, while the cleanliness and newness of the hotel were impressive, the lack of attention to detail with amenities made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

Spacious, clean, and comfy! Surprisingly quiet despite it was built on top of the pub.
Front desk is NOT 24h available so make sure everything you needs are set before they close front desk.
I walk from downtown to get there, 25mins walking. It was nice day so I didn’t mind but recommend to drive there.

I stayed in unit 211. This was a one bedroom unit with full kitchen and balcony and booked through booking dot com. The unit looked well maintained, but it lacked hot water in the kitchen and the dishwasher was broken. Also, the main tv had to HDMI input working, so that was also a problem. However, the rest of the unit was clean and functional. The front desk were responsive and quick to send up a maintenance person (who couldnt really fix the problems). But at the price point I was paying, these were minor inconveniences. Underground parking was convenient. The bathroom had hot water (which was more important). I would stay here again at this price point.

PPengguna TetamuWe booked this mostly as it included breakfast, the picture shows a continental breakfast area in the kitchen, however, you have to go to reception to get a basket and have no choice in what you get. I have allergies so couldn’t eat most of it so gave it to my partner. The rest of the hotel is great just let down slightly by breakfast

EEric N.Definitely very happy with our stay. Close to bus station to go to Banff. And 10-15min walk to Canmore downtown. There’s definitely closer locations but for the amount that we paid, we’re very happy with the stay. The comforters are super warm and comfy. But I must say the bathroom flushes are quite weak lol. Another thing is the key card that tend to deactivate on their own (it happened twice), which created an inconvenience to come down to get them to reactivate it. And when I brought it up to the front desk they basically blamed me for putting the card close to my phone which will demagnetize it, instead of educating and apologizing. But otherwise good stay!

LLeixiaI booked a two-bedroom hotel room three months ago for 1,100 Canadian dollars for two days. My friend booked it a few days before his arrival and wanted to upgrade to a suite like mine, so he added 80 Canadian dollars a day, which means the total price is 520+160=680 Canadian dollars for two days. So 1. Don't book in advance 2. Book the cheapest one and upgrade it to a good room after you go to the front desk

CConnor RoughleyPerfect location as slap bang in the middle of the main street and has everything available around it to you, close to bus stops,shops,restaurants and trails.
A self service hostal so can't comment on service as you serve yourself.
Kitchen available but can be cramps due to other people in the hostel using it and limited cooking room if someone else is using it.
