We had the best experience with our stay the night before our cruise. They are so helpful with pre-cruise information. Paula and Amy working front desk, can’t be beat. This hotel offers cruise parking and shuttle service. We also had a space shuttle launch last night at 1:03 AM. It was exciting!! They had everything listed so we were aware. We will definitely come back to this resort.

The room smelled a bit musty, the temp could not be changed from 72 (which meant it was too hot to sleep well), and the shower curtain was too small! That being said, Ginny at the front desk was phenomenally helpful and friendly. She is professional and pleasant. We are here pre-Disney cruise, and because of her, we will stay at this Residence Inn next time we cruise.

因為要坐郵輪所以選這個離碼頭近，還是比較意外，比較新，安靜，空調不吵，床也比較舒服，房間還可以做飯，熱個東西，簡單的可以，但我們就一晚所以也沒用。還不錯，當然，酒店知道有郵輪所以就地起價也是夠可以，2-3000的價格，怎麼説衹能説性價比差點了。

The room space is quite big and clean, Breakfast is good if you come from West County.

I liked the service, quick and straight forward. The room was clean. The breakfast was also very decent - the variety was more than enough to choose.
