We were happy with everything about the property. It was as advertised. Lovely neighbourhood with lots of chic amenities and hangouts. Very close to the V&A. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

In the search for an apartment type accomodation with two bedrooms, we found De Waterkant Piazza. Situated in a quiet, beautiful neighbourhood right in the city center of Cape Town. Great private garden with the swimming pool and rental car safely parked on ground level. Big living room with open kitchen and balcony. Spar supermarket on walking distance. Close to V&A Waterfront. Wonderful place to stay as a family during our three nights in Cape Town!

My family and I had a beautiful stay at De Waterkant. Great location, spacious, clean accomodation and Ian was a super host. There is a pool on site & a beautiful garden overlooking the pool, to have your coffee or drinks.Its a safe apartment with parking inside the property.

What a beautiful apartment that met our every need. It is situated very close to local cafes, restaurants and pubs; grocery stores are within walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend it to anyone!

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It's located close to a lot of attractions. It's up a mountain and our room had views of both the harbor and Table Mountain. Lots of restaurants around, it was worth every cent. The pool area is very clean and secured. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Our host Ian was amazing

The apartment is super located, very safe area with restaurants. Cafes and bars. You can walk to the waterfront. The apartment was very clean and modern furnished, including washing machine. Ian is the perfect host. Personally, best place to stay in Cape Town!!!!

We had a lovely stay - we were in Cape Town for our aunt's birthday who turned 102 on the 8th August. It was an excellent stay and the fireplace was a very nice extra to our comfortable accommodation. I can recommend this accommodation to all that visit the area.

The De Waterkant Piazza Apt was great for our three nights stay. It was easy to make ourselves at home during our stay. We loved that we could easily walk to the Waterfront area, to Bo Kaap & to Long Street. It was an easy drive to Table Mt trails and other locations. Ian was really helpful both with suggestions of what to see and do in Cape Town and accomodating our schedule.

We had a oerfect weekend in Cape Town in onevof the most beautiful areas in Cape Town. The appartement is close to shops and restaurants but also very quiet at night. The appartement is soacious and we were happy with the safe parking. Beds were comfortable. There are no complaints from our side.
