Delightful, well appointed small boutique hotel perfectly located in Sea Point & a short walk to the Promenade & Hop on Hop off bus stop. Very handy safe area close to shops, cafes and restaurants. Can highly recommend the onsite top quality Bistro/Cafe for Breakfast , Lunch & Dinner. In fact it was so good we rarely ventured elsewhere. The service offered by the owner Luc & his lovely wife and fabulous team was exceptional. When our flights were unexpectedly cancelled, Luc calmly took us under his wing and helped sort things out. Cannot recommend this establishment highly enough. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you Luc.

Loved the place. Lovely rooms with large balconies. Food was good and the hosts always very welcoming. Location was 1 minute to the sea and 1 minute from the Main Street. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel, very well situated close to the promenade and the beach. The size of the hotel makes it cosy and a « feel at home » like. It was also easy to park the car in the vicinity. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hotel, with extremely helpful staff. The hotel has a restaurant with an excellent menu, including the breakfast. We were in Cape Town to complete the Cape Town Cycle Tour and the hotel were get helpful with bike storage, including storing our bike boxes for a few days while we travelled to Stellenbosch. I would definitely use this hotel again.

We must admit that we were hesitant in booking such a small hotel. As it turned out, this hotel is half a block from the waterfront boardwalk where we walked to watch the sunset every night. Very important, we felt safe in this hotel. The rooms are a bit smaller than larger hotels, but for 2 people there was plenty of room. It does not have a pool or fitness room, but that is not why we went to Cape Town. The room does include an Apple computer for personal use. Our room had a huge balcony where we sat outside every night. It is in the perfect location, with easy access to everywhere. We used Uber for getting around the city. It was just minutes and a few dollars from the hotel to the V&A waterfront. Shops for buying your own food or drinks to have in your room are just a short walk away. The hotel owners were always on site and always friendly and available to us. The included breakfast offered more food than we could eat. The hotel is also a very busy public restaurant where we ordered several of the meals offered on the menu every night. Each meal we ordered was awesome and we offered our praise to the chef. Sometimes there were a few language issues with the restaurant staff, but that must be expected in a multi-cultural society. But everyone was friendly and polite, ready to take care of all our needs. We felt safe and comfortable in the middle of a huge city.

Boutique hotel with breakfast, excellent Bistro and very conveniently located close all amenities. Owner was only too happy to accommodate my special requests. The only comment I can make is that I would have liked to be able to have full DTSTV programmes instead of only BBC News and Netflix. We will certainly stay there on our next trip to Cape Town.

Second year in a row we have stayed at the hote at Chris**as. Perfectly located in Seapoint in Capetown. Fantastic owners and staff. The food is fabulous and there is such a great vibe in the place. The hotel has everything you would need for a fabulous stay

Love this hotel, have been back every year for a few days when holidaying in Cape Town. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Food is always good. Lovely location and Luc is a good host. Will definitely be back.

We arrived here early in the morning after a long overnight flight. We were quickly found a table & ordered a delicious breakfast. The owner did a brilliant job of getting our room ready which meant we could get a bit of sleep. Our room was at the rear of the hotel which was very spacious with a private outdoor area. The bed was huge & very comfortable. Great shower & rather lovely toiletries too. Bottled water replenished everyday. Stocked mini bar ( didn’t use but a nice touch ) The hotel is in a lovely area of Cape Town called Sea Point. As it’s name suggests the hotel is about 75 metres from the sea. The red tourist bus ( which is a must ) stop is literally at the end of the road. The VA waterfront area is a short Uber ride away which has lovely places to eat & shop. We did eat at the hotel & had brilliant streak & fish. Would not hesitate in recommending this lovely little boutique hotel to anyone. The owners are always around & work extremely hard to ensure everything runs smoothly. They even have their own generator so when the power goes off we didn’t even notice.
