I am with my family with the idea of spending a different day of lodging but without words the restaurant is chaotic, the food is terrible. I cannot complain about the attention of the hotel employees, they are excellent but they lack a lot to be 4 or 5 stars.

The visitor elevators are closed by the government, you must ride in the employees elevator which looks bad. The food that is included in the package is a set menu with very few options and a small amount of food per person. The beach is fine until you get in, it is horrible dirty, the pool is not what you think, it is dirty and the adult pool lacks water, they should have the employees clean the beach and its surroundings, they should maintain the pool . It is a real shame that the management does not know how to take advantage of all the great potential that the hotel has. I would give it -1 star.
