Ulasan Future Inn Cardiff

Everything was on our expectations from 3 star. Room size was spacious. Kids can stay free. Breakfast was served fresh and everything available as per needed. Location was central which helped us reaching to main attractions easily. I would recommend.

Told at 10pm on check in that ad to pay an extra £45 for child when I thought I ad already paid,at midnight after some chat with trip.com we checked in,and wanted extra for breakfast,not impressed with future inn as if they knew iadto pay extra £45 could of phoned me beforehand as I booked about a week earlier,not happy with the way they expressed just a good job I ad some money as probably would of ad to sleep in the car

The reception lady was so so beautiful. She was amazing , helpful and friendly. I like her very much. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Free parking was so good. The location was excellent .

Easy to find free parking which was a bonus 10 min walk to the bay. Clean friendly place

In general my stay was good Staff in general were kind and supportive

The room is very clean with good size. Great to know that got 4 charging pole for my EV car inside the car park, excellent experience. Front desk is very friendly.

Good hotel and in a decent location for Cardiff bay. Really enjoyed the bar as a place to chill out after a long journey

Very nice lady at check in gave us drinks voucher for our anniversary. Restaurant unable to offer us a table due to a coach booking. No apologies and rude arrogant attitude from male staff member at the entrance. We walked over to the bay and probably had a better experience.

Well this isn’t actually about the hotel itself as I wouldn’t know cause I never made the booking and was totally unaware of it . DO NOT GIVE this company your details !!!!

Comfortable stay with professional and personable staff. From the point of checking in, to the restaurant/bar staff and the room attendants our experience was 5 star. This was a lovely hotel in a very useful location. Room had all amenities required for a comfortable stay, from the bath to the robes, all providing a relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be staying again, thank you to everyone who made our stay so lovely. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Stayed here a few times now great location and excellent rooms

Great location near Cardiff Bay and surrounding facilities including the theatre. Staff are friendly and Cardiff is a beautiful city.

I always enjoy staying here but this time the house keeping let it down. When we arrived we had to ask for a second dressing gown as we only had one but no slippers were given. Only one bed was made and the floor hadn't been hoovered and no replacement complimentary water was given after housekeeping had been into our room. I felt that the cleaning aspect had been neglected on this visit. Other than this incident, then we have no complaints and we always have a nice relaxing visit. We have completed three visits and have booked another one.
