Ulasan Bohol Shores

The resort itself is quite nice, the people working there also very nice and polite and the food is good and cheap. Around the resort going on the main street there are some restaurants, atm, gas station, etc. The resort has no beach so you need a scooter or a tuk tuk to go to some beaches around. What we didn’t like was the cleanliness of the room, and the cleaning service itself. We booked a premier room and was super basic. The first night we didn’t get the towels, the second day we had to ask for them, they always forgot something. The AC is super noisy, you have to switch it off during night because otherwise is impossible to sleep. The main power is also noisy, but if you switch it off during night you cannot even charge your phone or anything else. I shower was also broken, the water came down in all directions. Some other dirty spots on the wall, around the faucet also. They didn’t change the sheets for the whole 5 days… I was expected a bit more honestly from the room service. The pool is nice The breakfast nothing special, almost only Asian since the main customers on the island are from South Korea.

When i booked i did not realize that this place do not have access to the beach, but it has a huge swimming pool, service very slow,  nice rooms but old faciiities. 

The hotel is quite far from Alona beach, which was not a bad thing in my case. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The service was great. The food was ok. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was the highlight of my stay at the hotel. The hotel is also close to the bee farm.

We were so happy with our 4 nights at Bohol Shores. We loved the pool. It was nice and spacious for my girls to swim around in. The pool villa was also very nice and we loved the shallow access to the pool. The shower pressure and temperature wasn’t great at first but when we requested repair, they efficiently replaced the nozzle to make a larger spout and also made the temperature much hotter. So we were very impressed with their proactive approach to make us happy. All the staff are so kind and friendly and accommodating and helped us book drivers etc. It’s a short walk to the ocean but it’s rocky not very beach like but had amazing sea life like hermit crabs and interesting shells which we didn’t see as much at the beaches. Then the hotel arranged a 10 min Tuk Tuk where we went to Dumaluan beach and enjoyed a family beach day. We entered Dumaluan through the Dumaluan beach resort (100 pesos per person). In my opinion Dumaluan beach is much better than Alona beach. More space to swim and less crowded. The location is also walking distance to the Bohol Bee Farm which we enjoyed eating lunch at. All in all, we are very happy with this resort and would recommend it!

My family and I had such a great time staying at Bohol Shores. The room is clean and well maintained plus they serve delicious meals at their restaurant. But most importantly, i appreciate the hotel's staff from the front office, restaurant to housekeeping because they are all accomodating and attentive. I will definitely stay at this resort again if I'll be having vacation here in Bohol.

Great staycation with family! Recommended!

The beach by the hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and the bed are comfortable. We were very tired and the noisy A/C did not bother much at the end. The balcony has a great view. The food of the restaurant in the hotel is good.

All Hotel Staff are very friendly, helpful and most of all have good hearts! You’ll see how sincere their Staff is in doing their work (front desk, kitchen servers, room cleaners, pool cleaners, gardeners and security). Their guests are pampered! They take care on their guests like their own Family. They make sure their guests are safe not only in the hotel but when going out for tour as well. They give advise how to be safe during tours. Good hotel and good service.

The staff were friendly and made sure we are taken cared of and our needs and inquiries were answered. The price is reasonable too. The place is nice and my family had a good time.

Nice to stay except the distance from Alona Beach. Friendly staff and beautiful surounding. 😍

we did not enjoy the shoreline and was not able to swim for beach..only we did the swimming pool.
