The staff went above and beyond everyday. Location is kept very clean, and the overall accommodations are excellent. Plenty of parking, grounds kept up very nicely. Coming out to the ocean view everyday a definite perk. Next time I am on a work or personal trip I will stay again.

Very nice secluded hotel, across from Legoland (but I was there on business, didn't go). The hotel has a nice pool and everything is very clean. The on site restaurant is nice, though very expensive. We were promised a room with 2 queens the day before we arrived, but there was no record of that promise and were given a King bed room, with no other rooms available. If you don't want to walk half a mile to your room and have to take 2 different elevators to 2 different floors (very odd lay out), ask for a room closer to the main entrance. For those reasons, I gave it 4 stars. Our room did have a great view of the ocean, it was just a very long, confusing route to get back to the room after dinner.

Love everything about it. I have no problem giving one or two star reviews. However, LegoLand hotel deserves five stars! The rooms are so fun!! The hotel elevator is so fun! Upon arrival the kids got to do a scavenger hunt to unlock a treasure chest in their room and they got to take home toys! The food is really good at both restaurants! A free delicious breakfast buffet!! They had a story time! Not the best story time but for sure geared to all ages. It was silly but what can you expect. The check in was very easy Adele was very helpful and smiling and helped us make our way into the hotel and also gave some badges to my son and explained some things about our stay, great attention from Adele. In the morning Jorge in the lobby also gave us some other lego badges and we asked him for a toothbrush and water and he kindly took them to our room, always very kind and attentive. The hotel staff is also 5 stars! I will never come here during the summer or on weekends. We are not big on crowds which is why we came during the week! It was dead! Legoland on a Monday is so great! Anyways I can't say enough. There is always much to critique every where but we are so impressed! This was our first time trying a hotel with all three kids!

I would avoid this hotel unless you want to risk getting massively over charged on credit card holds for incidentals. The hotel charged holds of $8,400 on my card after 3 nights where I only spent about $900 in total. While the staff that I (finally) spoke with seemed like nice people, they were not helpful. Whether its maliciousness or ineptitude, something is wrong with the way this hotel treats its customers. I would urge caution to anyone who stays here. My family and I checked in on Friday for a 8 night stay. At that time our credit card was billed for the cost of the stay, which made sense. During our first 3 days at the hotel we averaged about $300/day spent on breakfast and dinner as a family, or about $900 in total. During that time the hotel placed 3 additional holds for incidentals on our credit far for almost $8,400, nearly 10x what we spent. This is all on top of the initial charge for our room and just 3 nights into an 8 night stay. When I raised this issue with the staff it was a long process to try to get fixed. Over 10 hours after I went to the front desk to complain about this, and over 3 hours after I was told ”a manager will call you shortly” when no one ever did, I finally went to the front desk and refused to leave until I spoke with a manager. After 30 minutes of waiting someone finally came out. He attempted to explain that the $8,400 of holds they placed on my card were justified by their system. I did my best to show the math in that I had only spent about $900 and there was no scenario where holding almost 10x that amount made sense. I told them that if they kept doing this they'd max out my card by the end of our 8 night stay. In the end it was useless as they were not listening to the math. And the fact that it was almost impossible to get anyone to help with this is a poor reflection on hotel management.

This is a great, heavily themed hotel for kids and families at Legoland. There is a large play area outside, open late (and early) with a pool, gym, outdoor movie screen playing Lego movies, magic acts, and so on. The rooms are themed nicely, with various light fixtures in the walls and Lego models, and combo locks to open following clues which kids love. My daughter (4 years old) was very happy here, and that is what it is all about. Not cheap, which includes a king size bed and a bunk bed area for the kids. The attention of the lobby staff was the best, congratulations to Jorge from the lobby, he made our morning very pleasant, he has a very magnetic charisma and is committed to the guest, thank you for your help.

The Hotel was perfect, Staff was perfect. Enjoyed our stayed. We plan on returning again but this time on a non-business trip. We did not get to eat at the restaurant so we will schedule a reservation. But overall the experience was amazing. Thank You !!!!
