Not coming back .. dirty room and rude staff , old rooms and old bed

來聖地亞哥第一晚入住，孩子們被濃濃樂高氛圍環繞，真是興奮不已疲勞困倦全消。裏裡外外整個設計構思巧妙，小朋友不僅大開眼界，還能實際感受各種難得的沉浸式體驗。假期好開端，贊！🌹😊

Yesterday was our last day at the hotel, the three days we stayed we had a great time! We love the park, the food and the cleaning staff!! Wow what a great job! THANK YOU Pablo S for the badges and cleaning up my kids' mess in the play area LOL! We will definitely return next year!!

There’s fun around every corner at this hotel! From the WELCOME letters held by LEGO characters spread along the entrance drive to the party elevators to the themed rooms to the Lego filled play pools to the treasure hunt combo box in our hotel room (the list goes on and not to mention the amazing Legoland park itself) our kiddos loved every moment. Even the room service was phenomenal where Samira A (our housekeeper) tidied everything up for us and left us a kind note. Samira A did such a good job that I’m writing this review mostly to say THANK YOU SAMIRA A AND THE LEGOLAND HOTEL STAFF FOR MAKING OUR STAY WONDERFULLY MEMORABLE!

We stayed for 2 nights and had a great holiday. The disco in the elevator was soo much fun! We were in the first floor which was easy to get too. Our kingdom themed room was very tired and in desperate need of an update. The treats in the safe were lots of fun, complimentary water and apple juice a nice touch. Overall, this stay was great fun and really immersed us into the fun of Lego. the check in and out process is all self service with only minimal staff available for assistance.

The hotel is very clean, the beds very comfortable. We had the stable room with bunk beds and they give you a lot of Lego to play with while you are there. The room includes mini fridge. The overnight stay also includes a great family breakfast. The pool is huge, there are game rooms for the kids and a castle in the lobby they can climb through. And a much needed bar for the adults. I would also like to acknowledge the work of Jorge Ignacio who was so nice during our stay, he was so great that he gave my kids lego badges, the hotel is recommended.

I read so many negative reviews about the park and hotel before I left for my trip that I couldn't bring myself to go. I am so glad I ignored the bad reviews as we had a wonderful experience. We stayed 2 nights in a friends themed room. The room is adorable. The details are amazing and so well planned, from the carpet to the walls and especially the beds. I can only imagine how many creative and talented people must have coordinated to build this hotel and how much fun they must have had doing it. In my opinion, the hotel is part of the Legoland experience and you have to stay at least once to enjoy the full experience. We spent a whole day in the lobby of the hotel after check out, here we met Jorge Ignacio who made our day a very nice and funny person who really likes his job we thank you Jorge Ignacio you were also part of this beautiful experience I congratulate you for your great job, which made me feel that we got our money's worth. When we returned home, my husband and I searched the Internet for prices and dates for an upcoming visit. We all want to go back. I will look for a cheaper deal for the next visit, but being one of the first to stay at the resort and experience the park was exciting. We can't wait to go back and watch it grow.

Having stayed here was the best choice and I would like to dedicate my opinion to two people of this great hotel the first would be for Brandon Villeda wanted to give him a personal congratulations but I did not find our room left it spotless very clean from a great detail to give us a welcome card with a drawing, the beds very well made pillows very well accommodated the cleanliness of the bathroom all impeccable you can see his dedication and hard work as a commitment to do things very well we thank you Brando, the second person is Jorge Ignacio very nice person told us that we could use the pool of the other hotel since our hotel was closed and explained to us some activities within the hotel that were made in the afternoon, in general I congratulate these 2 guys for their great work make you feel very welcome thank you Brandon and thank you Jorge good job
