A very nice hotel, with a spectacular view of the surrounding area. We booked one of the top rooms, and other than having two beds pushed together, it was well furnished and comfortable. The terrace had a stunning view to the south. All of the staff, with one exception, was pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant was fine for dinner, although there is a lovely, quiet restaurant steps away from this hotel. The breakfast buffet was average, and we chose not to eat breakfast there as the charge was €20.00 per person per day. Way overpriced! If you arrive by car, getting around is easy. However, if you arrive by bus, you are dropped off a good 20 min. uphill hike on stone cobbles. Not the greatest for dragging a suitcase. We were told that there are only 3 taxis in town, and we had to book in advance to get one to return us to the bus.

Super location Very helpful reception staff Dreadful breakfast - staff and food Manageress was unfriendly, brusque and officious. The cooked breakfast was inedible - rubbery scrambled eggs, crisp fried egg - none of it warm, in fact the baked beans were straight out of the tin - unheated!

My favorite type of Parador are those co-located with historic sites such as castles, fortresses, alcazars, and city walls. Therefore, this Parador did not disappoint. It sits in a prime location just on the edge of the old town with spectacular views of the area. Parking at the Parador is plentiful and driving to and from it is not too difficult. It is just a short 10 minute walk to get into town and the nearest plaza. There are a couple of fine restaurants nearby and plenty more bars and restaurants in town. The city has plenty of religious and historic sites to visit and, as a whole, is very quiet - especially in the old town. In short, a stay at this Parador should be high on anyone's list if visiting the area.

Fantastic location with good views from the terrace of the countryside. On arrival the receptions was extremely efficient & welcoming. There was a large & comfortable bedroom with a sofa. The beds were very comfortable. Dinner had a varied choice of local cuisine which was very good. Breakfast was excellent with a large choice. The public areas were amazing beautifully styled & roomy. Very convenient for Seville. The whole experience was wonderful & met all our expectations.
