Waterside Resort

Hotel cantik, bilik di tingkat 2 perlu menggunakan tangga untuk bangun. Keseluruhan lokasi adalah di Xizha jadi ia sangat mudah. Perkhidmatan juga bagus.

The hotel was generally comfortable and suitable for a short stay. The room was clean and the basic facilities were sufficient. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Some areas could be improved, but overall it was a satisfactory experience.

Very good service. There's shuttle bus take you to the hotel front desk. Hotel staffs also help in carrying the luggage.

Excellent quality,  very appreciated to upgrade our room to the suite,  courteous front desk, and other’s service personnel. Delicious breakfast with variety of fruits, breads, soup, salad. Location is very close to restaurants and shopping areas.  Highly recommended when looking for a place to stay.

The hotel is amazing, the service was great, you got picked up by a car from the entrance, you didn't have to deal with luggage at all, breakfast was very good, overall one of our favorite accommodations of the trip. The only bad thing for us was that the bed was pretty hard, but maybe this is the traditional style.

We stayed at Waterside Resort in Wuzhen on 28 Mar 2026. The hotel location, room and breakfast were great and I would like to especially mention a very helpful hotel staff, Dai Chenwei (Xiao Dai), who helped me greatly to get back my lost spectacles. While exploring Wuzhen after checking in the hotel, I realized I lost my spectacles and was backtracking to the places I have visited in Xizha to look for them. I approached the hotel counter to check if anyone found my spectacles. Xiao Dai, who was on duty, offered to call the restaurant where I had tea earlier so that I do not have to walk 15 min back to the restaurant in person. He also lodged a lost item case with the team so that if my spectacles is found anywhere in Wuzhen, the team will reach out to me. When it dawned on me that I have left my spectacles inside the Didi car on the way to Wuzhen, I tried to contact the driver but was unfamiliar with using the Didi app and had difficulty reaching the driver on the phone. Xiao Dai noticed my struggle and so guided me on how to use the Didi app to call the driver and he also helped to speak to the driver directly to arrange a convenient time and place for both parties. Xiaodai later initiated a revision on how to navigate the Didi app with me so that I would know how to communicate with the driver independently the next day regarding the collection. I got back my spectacles the next day and was very relieved that I do not need to be as blind as a bat for my remaining trip. Xiaodai is attentive and exceptional in his service and assistance. Thank you for making our stay in Waterside Resort and Wuzhen a wonderful and memorable one.

Beautiful water town of wuzhen. Hotel is very big and if u stay on the wrong side u need to walk 5 minutes to breakfast area. Nice swimming pool with temprature adjusted water.

Spent a night at 枕水酒店 in 乌镇, and it was a lovely experience. The town itself is charming, with beautiful canals, traditional architecture, and a very relaxed atmosphere—especially in the evening and early morning when it’s quieter. One of the highlights was experiencing the “早茶客” in the morning. Sitting by the water, enjoying simple local breakfast and tea, while watching the town slowly come to life—it was a memorable and authentic experience. A great place to slow down and take in the scenery.
