Ulasan Parador El Buen Cafe

It would be nice if they had elevator and new mattress lots of noise outside but nice.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this hotel stay was a really horrible experience, and I want to warn others. It was quite simply the most disgusting and dissapointing place we have ever stayed. And we travel alot. The room was dark, smelly and dirty. There was a massive party in the room right next to us with very loud music, a BBQ grill cooking on the patio, and literally dozens of drunk, obnoxious people in and out from 3pm until 2am. We never slept. We left for airport at 5am. We were shocked that we had to pay for this place. We couldn't believe we were treated this way. Please stay away from here.

1. bathroom paper was old and used. 2.had to clean brown dirt on floor with paper. 3.kitchen dirtt/greasy. 4.walls and roof ugly old. 5.i was basically paying $280 for a MOTEL. 6. You have been warned

Probably one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. At check in, I was told the only room available was on the floor above the restaurant. There was no elevator, so I had to walk up several flights of stairs with my luggage. Room was dilapidated. Chairs were stained. TV remote dis not work (was for an entirely different TV). There was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Even with the windows closed you could hear road traffic. At around 10 p.m. every night, there was a horrible smell that seeped into the room. Apparently when they close the restaurant they dump some grease or trash and smells horrible! Last morning there I tried to sleep in, but one of their staff members pulled into the parking lot with his radio blasting at full volume waking me up at 6:00 a.m.! Also, we tried to use their guest laundry, but because there was one guest using it, were weren't allowed to have access to it until the guest returned the key. We kept calling the front desk after that to see if the guest had returned the key, but the front desk line was busy. I have stayed at this hotel in the past, but it was never this bad. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had, and I will never stay at this place again. There are many other options available nearby.

The hotel in near a main road and a bit noisy at night when you try to sleep. It does not have elevators although is two floors only and not a big problem. Other than that, is not a bad deal for the price. It also, had a great Coffee Shop and prices are very reasonable.

It was a wonderful hotel to stay. It was clean and had all the facilities needed. The employees were helpful and humble. There is a restaurant across the street to the hotel. Wonderful food recommended to eat three meals. Managed you the same owner.

You could go to the restaurant for the fun karaoke (the locals hangout there) and drinks, but the food was not very good. The hotel room was no frills but served its purpose. It is on the main, busy road, but we were on the backside of the building (2nd floor above the restaurant) so we didn't notice road noise.

Death Trap, ! Exit Door was Locked and we couldn't get out ! Thank Goodness No fire ! Power Outage and no Generator Back up for Guests. Restaurant had one ! and open for Business !!UNABLE TO GET Natural Air through windows. PLEXIGLASS on all Windows and unable to turn window knobs would not open ! We Left to other Hotel. Called Manager for Refund since we paid for a week and no returned calls! I f your here on Business you will be Wrinkled !! No Ironing Board or Iron !! Room was very dated.

This parador/ guest hotel falls abut short of my expectations. Two stories, no elevator and no bellman. No assistance with luggage. No spare toilet paper roll, and no delivery to the room if you run out at an inconvenient moment. Must request TP at front desk, no offer to refresh during a 5 day/4 night stay. Room musty and humid upon arrival. Nearby locals assured me it’s the best available in the area. My advice is do better! Not a great tourism asset.

This hotel is on a very noisy busy road so we were pleasantly surprised to enter a quiet room farthest from the street. The beds are comfortable and the room clean. Large bathroom. Plenty of space to set suitcases on. The staff was very nice and the common areas kept spotless. Did not hear any noise from neighbors. We had a very nice sleep here. Finding food was a bit more challenging. The cafe closed at 6pm so we had to find a restaurant for dinner by getting in the car which we had been hoping to avoid by staying here. Breakfast at the cafe was very basic, but service good. I could not find many places to spend the night in this area, so found Parador El Buen Cafe to be a comfortable and convenient stop.

Siempre pasaba frente al hotel mientras me dirigia hacia el area oeste, pero no me llamaba la atencion. Este fin de semana una amiga me invitó a quedarme para asistir a una boda en un Pueblo cercano. Wao, quede impresionada desdecque entré. La decoración sencilla pero de muy buen gusto, la limpieza, el servicio, todo excelente. Las habitaciones muy funcionales, limpias. Encantada con el hotel, vuelvo y repito!

El servicio del restaurante es el peor el mofongo estaba duro como piedra y el manposteao salado en fin todo estuvo malo, además escuche la mesa del lado que en vez de traerle arroz le dieron pegao y no le ofrecieron cambiarle el plato
