Ulasan Royal Mediterranean Hotel

Hotel ini agak lama, perkhidmatannya baik, biliknya sangat besar, lokasi siri TV tidak bagus, penginapan sangat selesa, sarapan pagi sangat-sangat, dan lokasi sangat baik.

Perkhidmatan yang sangat buruk dan mereka tidak memberikan seperti yang mereka janjikan. Malah mereka tidak menyediakan sabun tab mandi. Juga kualiti sarapan sangat buruk. Jadi ini sarapan bufet? Ia sangat teruk.

Sebagai hotel lima bintang veteran, penyambut tetamu di meja depan benar-benar dikritik. Walaupun anda dapat merasakan sikap dinginnya semasa memakai topeng, ia benar-benar perasaan bahawa anda tidak boleh menyukainya! Terdapat biji tembikai yang ditinggalkan oleh tetamu terdahulu di kerusi dalam bilik! Apa yang menggembirakan ialah gim di tingkat 40 telah diubah suai dan ditambah dengan banyak peralatan. Ia sangat sesuai untuk tetamu yang melancong dan membawa pakaian kecergasan seperti saya!

This hotel is particularly high-end and luxurious in Egyptian style. As a foreigner, I have a lot of luggage. In the concierge department, a young man named Tanzi took the initiative to help with luggage transportation and arranged for us to see the Guangzhou Tower. At that time, we saw a robot in the hotel and he even introduced us to it, which is really high-end and can be delivered to the room. He also introduced me to the surrounding cuisine of the hotel. The hotel service is very good

I had stayed here many times before in previous years. It was always one of my favorite hotels when visiting Guangzhou. However the place has really gone downhill. The location is between Shipaiqiao and Gangding metro stations. It’s a great location as you’re on the Main Street for all the shopping malls and restaurants. You can also get a view of the Canton Tower from the room. The main entrance is behind the building. The lobby is beautiful. I use to be able to check in early (around noon) but not this time. Had to wait until 2pm. (No big deal) One of my favorite things about this hotel are the large spacious rooms. The bathrooms are huge as well. The TV’s have been upgraded since my last visit. But they removed the tv next to the bathtub. However things are falling apart. Stains, damage, moldy smell, urine smell in the bathroom, condom wrapper under the bed. And even with “do not disturb” on while we try to take a short rest, we have a cleaning lady banging on our door not remembering if the room had been cleaned or not. There is a fitness center, a spa, and restaurant, but we did not use any of those. Overall I’m disappointed. This hotel use to be one of my favorites in all of China and it’s sad to see this place go so down. Love the spacious rooms and location though

I have stayed at The Royal Mediterranean Hotel many times and I am always very impressed with their service, the spacious rooms and it’s always very well presented and clean. It is nearby all of my needs while staying in Guangzhou city I will continue to stay here in the future

Good location. But personally feel that deposit of 500rmb per room is too high. Timing to check out take quite some time. Need to improve on this.

Great hotel in the heart of TianHe. Had a spa, fitness center, and restaurant. The only complaint is the dirty carpets in the hallway and shower door didn’t close all the way. Overall I had a great experience

Worst hotel stay of my entire business trip to China. Poor breakfast, unprofessional staff, and outdated room decorations all had a negative impact on my stay at the Royal Meditarainion Hotel.

Been staying here for years - the hotel is getting a little dated now - no longer has the buffet nor the bar - the staff are courteous - I appreciate that I get upgraded 😃

good location near to many shopping malls and restaurants, rooms are very huge and clean

Recently stay and wanted to treat myself. The hotel was easy to find and only short walk from metro station. Staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke some English making checking in easy. Room was as per photos on site and would recommend and return to same hotel again in the future.

Hotel value for money is perfect location in heart of electronics market

It was a surprise to get a free upgrade when checking in the hotel, after searching thru WeChat proposed hotel, noted that I was paying 100++ CNY more for the deluxe room! When going up the hotel, the corridor was dark and the spoilt bulb wasn’t replaced. Things get more challenging was the bathroom water was so milky this morning which I couldn’t use it to shower nor washing my face. This is also the time when I was rushing to board my flight!
