Overall solid, but a little bare bones. No slippers or robe or waters in the room. Felt like just two tv remotes and an empty bar fridge. Bathroom provisions basic as well. Location is convenient for the airport and getting places, but not much around the hotel itself. Breakfast was fine tasting, but the scene was hectic. Things were constantly running out, the omelet line was slow, and tables were mostly unclean and without cutlery. This may make it sound bad, but it was decently satisfactory

It was good, even when they dont have room service 24 hours or minibar, you can bring in take outs or deliverys.

Its a modern hotel with nice pool and staff. A bit far away from the city center but if you dont mind the rides its fine...

Hotel muito bom, 5 min do aeroporto, 8 min do centro de carro, índico!

Ubicado en un sector residencial, el paquete de desayuno alternativo es una excelente opción pero el servicio de limpieza de habitación no lo hicieron completamente todos los días

We had high hopes for this hotel, but were disappointed. To start, service was slow. We ordered drinks and an appetizer and waited 45 minutes. Most menu items were not available. Room had a smell, air conditioning was not cool, no chairs in the balcony.

This was an amazing hotel. I stay here solo traveling, and I felt so safe. The staff here are amazing. It is close to Gestamani and airport. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice hotel. Good location. Close to beaches, walled city. Only dislike was when I brought two friends over to enjoy the rooftop restaurant/bar they charged me 250k pesos each just to let them up which I feel was a rip off. Overall I would not stay again

I like the fact that the property is less than 5 minutes from the airport, so it’s convenient for quick trips and early morning flights. The view from the 13th floor where the pool and outdoor restaurant is located is wonderful. The staff speaks limited English and I speak limited Spanish so the communication is limited . The rooms are standard in terms of cleanliness and amenities, but worth the price paid

Good or Terrible. The tale of Wyndham Caratgena. I'm ******* gold customer and requested a QUIET room. I Arrived late at 10pm on a prepaid reservation, and my room was not pre allocated. Back rooms are quiet AND front rooms are SUPER noisy as its by a highway off ramp. Hotel said only front rooms available. I received 402, and received amongst the noisiest room of my hundreds and hundreds of hotel visit life. 5 metres from my room door is an elevator system that pings an echoing sound when EVERY elevator passes the floor, or a different sounf if it stops. Imagine that sound all through the night. I tried airplane plugs and it helped a bit, and at 6am opened the large balcony area door as a preference to the elevator bing. Room was spacious but sound was everywhere. To make matters worse the AC was on at 18c 65F and some previous guest must have rejected the room as the sheets were wet. I had to wear a jump suit in super hot Cartagena. I asked for the manager twice in the morning who failed to give me the time of her day.. but did organize a room transfer to 908 where the back room was quiet and good value. But i ask why is the loud ring in the corridor on the elevator ? I would have given 1 star, but due to moving the room i give 3 star. Do reception staff read my room requests?

Great roof top swimming pool a comfortable room with 2 queen beds a balcony with side sea view walking distance to the airport and beaches. The first two breakfasts were total chaos, we had to wait for a table, a cup,cutlery which we took from another table. There was no coffee no scrambled eggs no arepas. However the lady doing the omelettes was excellent as were the omelettes. At any given point there was either no bread no juice no preserves coffee hot chocolate hot water and the staff were lacking any sense of direction or supervision one minute taking room numbers the next just all standing chatting whilst the poor guests suffered. All in all breakfast was a fiasco. If you are using the taxis outside the hotel be aware they are inconsistent with there fares always check the reasonability of the fare.
