After staying in numerous hotels in Tunis over the last 12 years I can honestly say La Menara was the best hotel so far. Very relaxing, impeccable service and the rooms are spotless. Each room represents a different era in Tunisia's history. Every thing was hand made and took 7 years for the hotel to be completed. You won't get the personal service you get at La Menara if you stay in the big hotels. I for one will be returning next year.

We stayed at five 5* star hotels in Tunisia for 12 days. We are so glad Dar El Marsa was our last two nights there. The service is impeccable with staff being so nice and friendly. The reception check in was the smoothest, most welcoming greetings of all hotels. The rooftop restaurant and bar is very beautiful and the food was amazing. There is only one suite in the whole hotel and we booked this room. Has two balconies facing the ocean. The bed is so comfortable, it’s hard to get up. I must say the breakfast wasn’t the best compared to other places but the staff bends over backward to just please you so I must give them credit. You won’t regret staying here. It’s elegant and the dinner on the rooftop is quite amazing.

This hotel is such a great find in Tunis! Not only if the location superb, literally at the entrance to the Medina where shops and food vendors are steps away, but it’s also such a pretty and unique hotel. The decor is gorgeous and the views overlooking the Medina square is great for people watching. Service is great as well! The staff is very helpful. Everything felt very safe as well. I highly recommend this unique stay while in Tunis!

This is maybe my third time staying in this hotel, and I decided to share my feedback as they certainly deserve a great review this time; I stayed for 10 days as it was an extended business trip, and I love its prime location. Business area, banks, near the lac, 5 min away from the famous Bourguiba street ‘center ville’. If you are traveling for business so this hotel is your place to go. If you want to discover Tunis, also this hotel is your place to go. When entering from reception, you feel the warm welcome of the staff. They make you feel it’s home. They check on you if you need anything every time they see you passing. I enjoy the bed; it’s super comfy, the room is quite spacious, and the bathroom is super neat. The breakfast food was like prepared by my grandma. It felt like home with the Tunisian specialties: Delicious and wide variety, international and local. And I super loved their b2b lounge and restaurant, it has really delicious food, I highly recommend trying their menu. And at night they have an amazing sky Luna, night lounge, that have different programs and shows. It’s super safe comfortable environment and nice joyful ambiance! Of course the food not to be missed!

Stayed here for 2 nights while in transit between vacation stops. It’s a lovely hotel with good rooms, friendly staff and good restaurants. I always felt safe and it’s also close to the airport. The views aren’t much nor is it located close to anything touristy but that’s ok as it is a modern, safe hotel with excellent staff. The gym is great which for me is a big deal - I enjoy working out at the facilities and they must be clean, either good equipment and a good space. The staff all spoke English and were friendly - highly recommend if you are looking in Tunis.

Excellent and friendly service, good facilities and comfortable rooms. And that all for a price that seems reasonable compared to many Four Seasons hotels in other cities. Was everything perfect? No, the coffee machine did not work and the tv was not functioning all the time neither. But the overall positive experience made up for these inconveniences.

The location close to the lac and tunisia mall and all attractive near by taxi 10 minutes the staff was so welcoming special thanks to marwa and youssef the hotel has parking and you can take taxi within 10 minutes most of the attractions in capital tunis.

We had a lovely time at the hotel it was my birthday so our room was decorated thanks to Lobna on the reception who was very efficient. I found the prices in the restaurant very high I know its a five star but I think if they lowered their prices then would be more affordable. I would also request a high room next time as we really wanted a quiet room but our room was next to the pool so both afternoons there were families in the pool which of course is fine but we could not relax. The location is beautiful the views magnificent so overall we enjoyed our stay although not sure if we would go back.
