Nice and clean, only bad thing is the unfriendly staff

Excellent Hotel! hghly recommended! very good service!

The hotel is in a very good location. Few meters away from the Medina and the port. The amenities were really bad. We were 2 guests and in the room there was only one pair of slippers, I called to ask for one more pair they said yes but nobody come to bring it. The mini bar was empty.

房間有狗屎味，叫重新打掃，也衹是噴了點空氣新鮮劑。廁所應該很久沒有打掃，水都是紅色的，重新沖洗了很久。游泳池水很臟，都是死皮。此外房間比較小，和圖片不匹配，虛假宣傳。總共定了三晚，一入住就退了後面兩晚，第二天一早就退房，後面説錢退不了，不管了一定要退，無法入住。客服也是協調，但力度不行。The room smells like dog ****. 行李小哥很熱情把行李搬進房，車也是他們泊到地下車庫的，半夜下去抽煙，門衞小黑保安站崗，感覺很安全。早餐不錯。給的17樓景觀房，能看到哈桑二世清真寺和海邊。卡薩古城夜景很美

房間很乾凈 但是酒店全部是黑色色調 感官挺不舒服

酒店管理不是太近人情，12點十多分下來退房，因為前面有人排隊退房等了又十來分鐘 ，估計12點二十多分退房就多收了57美金。。。

房間空間很大，窗外可以看到遠處的老城和清真寺，離火車站很近，所以從進場坐火車來或者去其他城市很方便，周圍有一些施工、白天會有一點吵，酒店的餐廳衹吃了一次，比較晚回來，但是上菜好慢，都快睡著了，即使送了兩杯mojito，但是對於這個級別的稍微表現不足。

Приехали в отель и нам сказали, что закрыто: ресторан, SPA, фитнес-зал. Идёт ремонт и много неудобств. Крайне не рекомендую в это время.

前台有個女的服務態度不好，*的不行，其他都挺好的

來卡薩布蘭卡住的第一個酒店，酒店性價比不好，1200的酒店比國內的差太多，前台帥哥服務不錯，續住了一晚上
